I’ve been a patient here for 10 years and as much as I liked my doctor and the staff here it has become impossible to get an appointment. It’s difficult even 6 months in advance, then your appointments are cancelled, no one answers the phone, they tell you you’re on a wait list for the next time someone cancels but somehow they never contact you when that happens. Unfortunately too much hassle, so have to go elsewhere now.

I’m convinced getting a meeting at the White House is easier than getting an appointment here. I’ve been seeing my doctor here for at least five years now, and while she’s been great, I’ve been thrown around like a bowling ball the last two years in which case I’ve never even gotten to see her. My appointment is usually changed at least two times — if not three. And getting someone from booking on the phone is usually an hour long ordeal. Though the folks here have never not been nice to me, this office is completely unreliable and I can’t continue to wait three+ months for something as basic as an annual check-up to then have my appointment inevitably changed.

Do not go here if you want to be listened to and cared for.

My doctor minimized, dismissed and ignored my pain, my symptoms for 9 months.

I had an IUD inserted, (allergic reaction was ignored there and the nurse told me to get French Fries and a milkshake), eventually my IUD was lost (another story) I had a uterine ablation (only because I insisted something was wrong for weeks and weeks), that didn’t fix the problem and when I asked for a different doctor at the practice I got the run around.

I finally had to have a hysterectomy (at 42) with a completely different practice and doctor who told me I was hemorrhaging to death and needed immediate surgery.

Women’s partners and health I had let me get so anemic. My hemoglobin count was extremely low and my health was at dire risk.

And guess what, they didn’t care. Don’t go here. Find another doctor/practice.

I haven't gone to see a gynecologist in five years because pain care was absolutely not present, and I don't trust any doctor to not hurt me again. Do not tell people to take ibuprofen for a cervical biopsy, that's actual insanity. Maybe stop and ask the patient if the want to continue when they are literally yelling in pain as you're placing an IUD. Maybe treat them with compassion instead of annoyance when they come in for a checkup because they're scared and worried about their newly placed IUD. Just some suggestions.

I have been a patient of Dr. Eastep for years. She is a great listener and always makes me feel well cared for. I never have to wait long in the waiting room and the staff is friendly and knowledgable. The patient portal is unreliable for communication, so if you have a question or need to schedule, call directly.

I had a pretty poor experience regarding the office giving me the appropriate level of information about a procedure I needed about 10 months ago. It was like pulling teeth to get the details I was inquiring about and the bedside manner I received was poor at best. Against my better judgement, I attempted to reschedule with this office for my check up this year and I have called them no less than 5 times over the course of 4 weeks. No one answers the phone to schedule an appt. I have left messages that no one returns. I found a different doctor with a different practice that I was easily able to get in contact with and I now go there. Avoid this office at all costs.

I can pretty much echo the reviews of others - the "Contact Us" has no email to use, no one answers the phone or returns messages when left, excessive hold times, and no available appointments. I have tried using the patient portal, when it was working, to communicate and no one responds to these inquiries either. Awhile back I used the portal to inquire about a medicine I was considering starting and was told I would have to make an appointment just to talk about the medicine, so I asked if they could call me and charge me for a telemed appointment but the response was no. I had an upcoming annual appointment but they would not be able to discuss the medicine at that time either, it would need to be a separate appointment which means a separate charge just to ask a question about a medicine. It took me over four months to get an appointment for my annual just to receive an email message that the mammogram machine is apparently under maintenance so they cancelled my mammogram appointment with no offer to assist with making a new appointment. I have had enough so I am now attempting to cancel the annual appointment it took over four months to get and, of course, cannot get anyone to call me back to verify the cancellation. I am looking for a new group, one that will answer the phone if anyone has any recommendations.

I've been a patient of this practice for the past three years. I was having a serious medical issue and called several times to make an appointment but could not get through and speak to anyone and make an appointment. Left a voicemail but no one ever returned my call. I then tried contacting them through the patient portal and indicated I was experiencing a serious life threatening matter and needed to see Dr. Summers as soon as possible. It took the office over a month and a half to respond to me in which they said the earliest they could see me was over a month later. At this point I left a 1 star review from another account and it took them TWO DAYS to follow up to the review but a month and a half to message an existing patient back?!?! Absolutely shameful.

I've since seen another doctor at another practice who actually helped me. When I told the new doctor about my experience here she said she wasn't surprised because this practice has this kind of reputation in the medical community.
