Great place, bought a car from here while in AZ. It was my first new car buying experience and the guy I went through, Richie Baez was as patient as a saint with me. Always responsive, gave me a great deal, shipped the car out to AZ and made the experience very comforting from NY to AZ! Honest, straight up, and an all around pleasure! This morning I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Treiber Nissan in Johnstown, NY. The owner, Marc, was shockingly rude and used vulgar language when I requested to have my car's taillight replaced under warranty. I purchased the vehicle at this local, family owned business. Despite my car being well within the warranty period, he refused to honor it and was extremely unprofessional in his conduct. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to look elsewhere. Customer service, especially when I was speaking with the owner, is clearly not a priority here.

Not sure who exactly runs the budget rental service out of this dealer, but budget overall is a terrible company. If you plan on moving during the rain, or having a rental truck that actually runs, better off looking at the competitors to budget. Budget trucks leak water and break down. Don’t purchase the personal goods protection either. After their leaky cargo trucks ruin your items, they then will deny your claims, cancel your ticket and never say a word to you again. The experience I have had at Treiber has been nothing but the best. Every employee at Treiber I have dealt within Al has been nothing less than amazing. From Sales to parts and mostly service. Jack and Steve in the service dept always get me in in a timely manner, Rob from parts is always courteous and helpful. Burt from sales was a very understanding and amazing person to work with to purchase my very first ever new vehicle!!! I will recommend Treiber to everyone. Love this place

Always have a quality experience getting my vehicle serviced at Treiber. Work gets done in a timely manner and no shady upsell/sales tactics from the service department. I always feel confident bringing my vehicle to them for routine maintenance and service. The gentleman Steve I believe his name is that works the counter is always polite and welcoming!
