Es de los peores condominios de apartamentos que he visto. La piscina está cerrada más de un mes por no renovar el permiso, los pasillos sucios con decoración de halloween natural (telarañas), no funciona ningún grill de los cuatro que hay y nunca hay propano. No hay ningún servicio disponible. Cualquier condominio de la misma zona es muchísimo mejor. No vengan a vivir aquí. Nadie se hace responsable de nada.

Needs cleaning and maintenance! Safety is an issue…gates don’t always work properly. Car has been broken into and bike was stolen. The building and walkways need to be cleaned and upkeep needs to be done. Management keeps changing and no staff in office.

Located near the heart of downtown The Viv is a beautiful Gated Community where just about every resident has a balcony..

I took a tour and was very appreciative of the depth of knowledge between two wonderful ladies Carlee and Natasha.

The spacious apartments are amazing and unbelievably cheap especially compared to other apartments I've scene. The lobby has a beautiful pool table, vast kitchen, and a very clean pool for residents to use.

One might consider living here especially if you love not having to travel far from all the ongoing events downtown. As they say "if You Lived Here, You'd Be Home Already."

My lease is almost done and I am so happy to get out of here!
The hallways keep having trash bags all day long, even though we’re supposed to put the trash out only at a certain time and inside the trash can. NOTHING is done about it and hallways are dirty and smelly.

We haven’t been able to use the pool on weeks because they don’t have the permits that they need. This is Houston, Texas! It is hot and people chose to live in apartments with a pool for a reason . When I talked to the manager, she told me that they’re not even considering compensating this inconvenience at all.

When I submit a work order, it’s never completed until I submit a second or a third one. Even if it is an emergency and I call, I have to submit a work order first for them to do something.

Almost once a week there’s people at the pool after 11pm. It’s extremely noisy and nobody does anything about it.

Sometimes the gates are open(broken) for one or two days giving us zero security.

The gym used to be great and since they tried to renovate it, it’s worse. Machines that don’t work , wipes that are dry and things that are missing and never replaced.

If you’re trying to receive a package, good luck. The lockers are often full or broken and the boxes are spread out on the floor with no organization and at a risk that they can be stolen(like it’s happened in the past)

Now, the water is not an issue anymore but up until June there were always water problems and all of a sudden we were with no water for hours and hours.

Dog poop everywhere in the gardens. And nothing is done about it. They just send emails reminding that there are rules for pet owners.

At the office, either when I call or I go in person, they are not as nice and I would expect from someone that works in a leasing office.

After all, big disappointment. Years ago, this used to be a great place. Now, there are many options in the area that are better quality and slightly higher in price.
