Yadi has been more like family than a service provider. From the very beginning over 11 yrs ago when we relocated for my wife’s job, Yadi has been by our side for every move. At first our house in Maine was not ready to put up for sale so we did not have the funds for a down pmt. Our idea was to just rent a nice house in a safe location figuring our time in FL was temporary until retirement. Yadi was instrumental in assisting us. She helped my wife locate a comfortable house in a convenient location in Miramar in a well maintained gated community. Unfortunately the owners plans imploded on them and they were forced to break the lease to move back after only 8 mo. Yadi again stepped up, she knew what we wanted in a rental house and community with some level of gated security. Since I was now retired I took over the house hunting with Yadi. She has a deep knowledge of local communities within the So FL counties so is excellent at guiding the house hunting to focus on just those that best fit our desires. She stuck with me as we viewed dozens of possibilities. We ended up renting a house in Pembroke Pines in another gated community conveniently located.

After several years renting here, we finally had the funds to buy a house. We looked at no less than 2 doz houses where many we close to having it all but none hit on every check mark or went under contract before we had a chance to make an offer. Soon enough, Yadi saw a new listing hit the MLS and got us in to see it right away. This was it, she found us a great house, within our budget and early enough to place the offer before it was gone. Houses in this area sell quickly. Yadi truly was indispensable helping us find the best financing, and assisting with negotiations when the appraisal came in under asking.

Even for normal upkeep or repairs, Yadi was always available to suggest a contractor or handyman with whom she had confidence whenever we needed a repair, giving us confidence in an area where we knew few people.

Finally with both of us retired and Covid somewhat under control, we decided to sell the house and buy a new build in a more compatible climate in NC. Yadi and her team were ideal partners for the sale. Knowing the market and drivers of properly pricing, she nailed the asking price - not too high to be disregarded by potential buyers while not giving it away too low. She guided us to prepare the house, setup for the photos, she put our best features forward for the listing, arranged the open houses and basically “held our hands “ through the showings, offers and ultimately the nitty gritty details involved with selling and closing. It took only 4 days to get an offer over asking! Even with a permit glitch from 5 yrs ago, she made sure it was resolved and the closing proceeded without delay. Even with my being overly anxious about the issue, she kept me calm and setup the closing to account for any delays in getting the permit closed. In fact we were even able to accommodate the buyers desire to close sooner. Yadi certainly has our recommendation to anyone interested in SoFlo real estate.
