I have been to this nib Eye Care Centre a few times and more recently, I had my eyesight tested by Dr Serena Yung. For many years now I've had a worrying growth over the left eye and Dr Yung paid particular attention to this, taking new measurements and comparing its growth to previous years. I was really impressed with her thoroughness, and very professional and friendly manner. Highly recommended.

Service has always been very good here, but a special shout out to Paloma today as i had a couple of pairs of glasses that had become loose & a couple of old pairs that had lost an arm on them, she took time out to not only fix the current ones but find spare parts out the back & fix up the old ones for me !! great service with a smile & didn't charge me as they were fixed with "old parts". Excellent to see customer service isn't dead after all 🙂

I have been with these guys for three years now and it’s always been a good experience . Staff here is always friendly and go out of their way to help out . I had a specific frame from here last year which Got lost on a trip to Sydney . They didn’t have the same model in stock . I requested them to make a special order . They had the frame in a weeks time . Post sales service has always been good .

Exeptional, as a Graphic Designer I take my eye health very seriously. I have been to different optometrists over the years, never felt so well taken care of, the Dr was very caring, the Optical has great tech, she was able to correct a bad formula I had in the past and send me home with great information on an actionable eye care plan that I will be happy to follow. Would recommend and go back to.

Service is ok but not much ranges of glasses to choose from especially no gap ones. Didn’t see any 100 percent claim back glasses on display inside the store but online had them. They did offer 2 pair for $250 for certain Nib cover holders but limited range of glasses. The staff can a bit pushy as she said coating beyond $250 deal is “have to”. We bought somewhere else at that day mainly because of the frames at another place has more options and better prices.

I went inside intending to buy glasses based on NIB's promotion at the time. I found the pair I wanted and brought it to the girl at the counter. I had to wait for quite a while as she was on the phone (a personal call). I asked about the current promotion but she told me it didn't apply to these glasses. I checked my email from NIB with the offer and showed her that it said "all frames". She explained in a convoluted way that because I was forfeiting the 100% back offer this promotion wasn't worth it. So apparently they were part of the promotion! I told her that I wasn't worried about the 100% back as I didn't have all my cover left anyway. She seemed annoyed that she had to explain this offer to me, because obviously health insurance is super simple! I decided against purchasing the glasses and left the store quite confused. I got my glasses elsewhere in the end!

I am a NIB member and get my glasses done by these guys and had no complaints until my 4 month old frames lost an arm due to a fault and I was charged for an exchange frame even though the frames are covered by a 12 mth warranty. The staff are far from helpful and have no understanding of what a warranty means. I have raised a case with NIB head office to deal with my complaint.
