The Gus Anthony Team helped us sell our house in the One Loudoun neighborhood of Ashburn, Virginia as I had to relo for a new position in Georgia. Here's what I love/loved about Gus: he actively listens to you, he seeks out what your expectations are, and then he delivers! Gus provides a good assessment of comparable homes in the area. The Gus Team provides professional photos of the house, we added a video walk-thru due to Covid. Gus and his team were in lockstep with us during the entire process and followed up quickly on all my questions and all the details. Net net is this - Gus is a professional with a long and rich experience with buying/selling houses in Virginia. If we ever came back to Virginia - I would hands down use Gus and his team again. My gut sensed an immediate comfort and confidence with Gus when we first met - and in the end, I was proved right.

I've been in new home sales for about a decade and I've worked with hundreds of realtors. Gus Anthony and his entire team are simply the best. Gus has a no-fluff approach with a TON of experience. He's a straight shooter with a crazy amount of experience and truly cares about his clients and their experience. He got us over asking price on our home and made the entire experience fun, smooth and as stress-free as selling goes. Lisa is his right-hand gal and she was so efficient and made everything go smoothly. She did a million small (and big) things like drop off booties for our showings (it's the small things!) and they put together a beautiful brochure of our home. If you are buying or selling, look no further, you found the absolute best and you will be so happy with your decision.
