Good experience, I was able to go during the day, it was not a long waiting. The receptionist was very courteous, took all my info. I was able to see and explain my symptoms to the doctor assistant and be able to take a test and get results when the doctor saw me. I will be returning to them if I have the need. The facility was immaculate. Being able to do an appointment online was easy. As soon as we came in we were greeted paperwork was minimal and only waited minutes. Both people we saw were informative and warm. The made the process simple and gave us all the information we needed. Prescription was sent over immediately which made the wait at the pharmacy a breeze. I highly recommend anyone to visit this location if they want a pain free experience.

We brought in our child for an eye issue and the Doctor was decisive, kind and very gentle with my child’s. It was easy to make an appointment but our wait time on a Sunday morning was minimal from intake, vitals and seeing the doctor.
We were directed to the ER and I am leaving this review from Monmouth medical getting immediate care for the infection. After trying 4-5 different urgent cares in the freehold area this is by far the best I have experienced.

Asked from desk if the dr I would see would be able to order blood work. Was told that is up to the “provider”. When I see the provider, I show them my foot. Never came within 3 feet of my foot. Didn’t touch, didn’t check for tenderness, the temp. Nothing. Was quick to write two scripts. And was told we don’t really order blood work. That’s not what we do. The business is called “the doctor’s office”.
Can’t wait to get a bill from them. What a joke of a business.

I arrived nearly 20 minutes before my appointment and there were already like 4 others waiting. I was called 10 minutes before my appointment and my vitals were taken within minutes and I was checked soon after that. Thank you all for your service. So awesome to be able to rely on your facility especially on a Sunday. 🙂

Everybody was very nice!!!! I can’t recall whether the person that examined me was a nurse practitioner or a physicians assistant, but she was excellent! I did make my appointment online. You can fill out the necessary paperwork on line which will save you time once you get to the office.
