Had a tick bite that was quite painful. They had me in & out in less than a half hour, and they had the meds right in stock. Staff were very nice & helpful.

Nothing urgent about this center. Was told it would be an hour and a half wait and to come back. Two hours later we returned and have been sitting in a waiting room for 45 minutes and still haven't seen a doctor. Place is a joke.

Horrible customer service. Our pediatrician a Dr in St Mary's told us to take our son there for a chest X-ray he said I put the order in the computer any St Mary's urgent care can see it and do it. Well my husband took our son to the Gloversville location and Dr Gaboy first told them there was no order for the chest X-ray otherwise he'd have been given a piece of paper with it on that. Then went on to say our pediatrician had no rights to order a chest x-ray at HIS location. The kid was on Mucinex for week before I took him to our Drs office he was put on something for 7 days it didn't help so that's why we needed the chest x-ray to make sure it wasn't pneumonia. Dr Gaboy said just a common cold! Now this kid has been having coughing fits where he lost his breath and this Dr said more Mucinex. Needless to say I would never go to this location again. This Dr. Gaboy was so rude and sarcastic he should be never allowed to see patients. Extremely unsatisfied!

I've never had a bad experience at St. Mary's Urgent Care. I highly recommend Urgent Care when you can't get into the doctor, but need to be seen. They are much quicker than using the emergency room for minor urgent needs that are life threatening.

Went into saint Mary’s urgent care today for my fiancé because our son and I have have a sinus infection and we have already been seen by our doctors but he hasn’t. The nurse comes in and is rude straight from the shot. After waiting 35 minutes the doctor comes in lightly touches his back and chest and says you need a X-ray because you smoke and that’s probably your problem. I ask the doctor is there any way he could have a sinus infection because that’s what me and our son have and I get ahh no that’s not possible he doesn’t have any respiratory infection it’s because he smokes and walks away. After the chest X-ray he comes back and goes you have bronchitis . Now correct me if I’m wrong but bronchitis is a form of a respiratory infection . But the doctor proceeds to say it’s because you smoke your sick not because you’ve been around people who are sick but because you smoke . Needless to say the nurse and doctor were both extremely rude and weren’t listening to a thing we were trying to say to them and we will never be going back .

Honestly this place is a joke. Wait times are ridiculous. Care is ridiculous. Don’t even bother trying to call about any issues you may be having, you’ll just get hung up on. Would give it a zero if I could.

They are extremely rude and made the visits uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Went in today due to my doctor being unavailable and the lady at the front desk was giving me a dirty look and turned around and said to another doctor or nurse that "if people just got the vaccines we wouldn't have so many patients with these symptoms" this isn't the first visit I've come here and the nurses have made comments about not being vaccinated!!very unprofessional!!
