Katie is amazing! She came in my life during a very difficult time and was great at simply listening and being the quiet presence I needed to work through my feelings (and my stuff). The process of getting my house in order was very therapeutic and she was ready to offer ideas, gentle opinions, and support when I needed it to help me make decisions. She is always prompt in communications and on time for all appointments. Her presentations are helpful and really help to imagine your new space. The thing I most appreciated was her being receptive to our budget. All of her independent tasks are already worked into her professional organization hourly fee so there are no surprise costs for her design, shopping for organizational supplies, making labels, etc. She was open to shop places like Target, Amazon to cut down costs when there were Container Store alternatives available and this really helped us stay on budget. She inspired me to do our pantry and linen closet after she left. We just love our new space and working with Katie was so easy that we will certainly use her again in the future!
