Una casa encantadora llena de lindos detalles y con decoración de muy buen gusto. Venir aquí es como llegar a casa, la atmósfera es increíblemente cálida. ||Me toco la habitación 201 y en verdad que es súper bonita y con el mejor de los detalles que yo valoro mucho en esta época de otoño-invierno ....:. Su espectacular CHIMENEA ‼️ que cosa mas linda sentir tu habitación calor tuya y solo tener la luz del fuego, súper romántico. ||El servicio súper personalizado y muy amigable la Sra. Arms. Y la casa-hotel esta súper bien ubicada en una de las principales calles donde puedes ir caminando a cualquier buen restaurante y/o bar. ||Si algún día tengo que volver a Saratoga, definitivamente me quedaría de nuevo con la familia Arms.

It was our first time staying at Saratoga Arms and we loved it. All the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Prior to our arrival, the guest concierge gave recommendations for activities during our stay, and even assisted us in getting a dinner reservation at a recommended restaurant, at my request. The hotel location is first class and we were able to walk to everything. The room was tastefully furnished, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was very clean. The complimentary drinks and snacks were appreciated and added much convenience to our wonderful stay here. We also appreciated being able to leave our bag with the front desk for a couple hours after check out, so we were able to do a bit more sightseeing without luggage in tow before leaving town. I felt Saratoga Arms went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay with them -- thank you!

Very enjoyable stay!
This was our first time staying at the Hotel, which was highly recommended by friends of ours. And they were correct! The hotel and room were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The entire staff was friendly and assisted us with any questions we had regarding places to eat and interesting things to see nearby. The hotel is in an excellent spot - in the heart of it all! Kathleen Smith, is very warm and makes you feel like you are a guest in her home. We had such a lovely chat. Breakfast at the hotel was amazing. Complimentary home baked goods and treats were a bonus!
Look forward to our return this spring!

A True Gem in Saratoga Springs!

Staying at the Saratoga Arms Hotel was an absolutely delightful experience! The accommodations were nothing short of fabulous — beautifully appointed rooms that were both cozy and luxurious, with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort and style.

What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the outstanding staff. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel completely at home. A special shoutout to Ms. Kathleen, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for her guests are unmatched. Our long conversations on the front porch are a treasured memory we will never forget!

The location is ideal, right in the heart of Saratoga Springs, making it easy to explore everything this charming town has to offer. I can’t recommend the Saratoga Arms Hotel enough. It’s a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. Can’t wait to return!

Saratoga Arms is a wonderful, family-owned inn in downtown Saratoga Springs, right in the heart of all the shops, restaurants, and cafés.|Before your stay, you will be asked your preferences for room temperature, amenities, linens, etc. — and that is a precursor to the warm welcome and the personal guest services you’ll receive upon arrival and during your stay! The inn and its rooms are quaint and historical, with lovely touches throughout. We loved every minute of our stay!

The Saratoga arms is a phenomenal boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Saratoga. The service and rooms are excellent. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. I have never had anything but an amazing experience here.

Nicely decorated. We liked the fireplaces in the sitting rooms downstairs. We enjoyed the nice variety of snacks and the sparkling Saratoga water. Beautiful windows and drapes in the room. Convenient right on Broadway. Beautiful porch.

Definitely a 10, it's a wonderful place with so much charm and character. The little touches all over (too numerous to name) are amazing and make such a huge difference. The staff were amazing and warm - who walks you to your room these days? Unreal. I felt like I walked into a bygone era (in a really good way) and it was terrific. It reminded me a lot, in a slightly more intimate and a bit more urban setting, of the Trapp Family lodge in Stowe. We will definitely be back. Thanks!
