Mr Pang has patiently guided and trained my mum in gaining back her strength after her stroke since May 24. We have seen tremandous improvement in my mum's mobility which is very important for herself to be independent on her basic daily routine eg. visit bathroom, shower etc. and less stress to my dad who is the main care-taker.

My wife had back pain and I went with her for physio. I also checked my shoulder pain session and Ms Amelia diagnosed very fast my problem and gave me treatment and also prescribed exercises for a month through a cool app.
It’s so easy to do and I hope to be well with the exercises.
They are cool and friendly clinic and strongly recommended them.

Antony knows exactly what your healing kneads!

from prehab to post-surgery rehab for my ACL injury, I can now play contact sports with more confidence because of his help!

After I tore my ACL, Antony discussed the pros and cons of ACL reconstruction with me, I had surgery, and Antony continued to treat me afterwards. In the initial stage of my rehab, Antony helped mobilise and relieve my pain, also provided exercises and stretches to regain strength and mobility. The workout program was tailored to my lifestyle and sports-specific needs as I progressed, and I was pushed hard every session.

He is incredibly motivating and supportive, checking in on me and offering advice whenever I struggle with a certain exercise or movements. I'm extremely grateful for his help!!
