AMAZING! Melissa and Julio are awesome. We are so glad we found them for our first home buying experience. We had so many questions and they were patient with us to answer all of our questions and delve deeper into the "why" of certain things. THEY ARE QUICK! With the market being so hot in California, Melissa was quick to reach out to sellers, do research on the area, make a viewing appointment, and put in a reasonable offer. She was mindful of our concerns on properties and our budget and we were able to get into our first home below asking price! Melissa helped me and my family purchase our very first home and I honestly can't say thank you enough!

She was recommended to us and the same week we gave her a call, we were meeting up and seeing houses that Saturday. One thing Melissa kept on mentioning is that "there are no dumb questions."
