Shocking!

Despite leaving a contact number and specific instructions (within my name and address) to hand my new phone to me personally, your courier did not inform me that he had left my new phone in the garden.

My phone was left literally a stone's throw from the busy walkway to the MRT Station two minutes' walk away. A passerby could have taken the parcel!

I was at home - your courier did not knock or call. I found my phone only one hour later when the e-commerce platform sent me a message.

This is in contrast to another company's courier a few weeks earlier who personally delivered a new phone to me and asked for my signature.
95% of my purchases are delivered by couriers. I am always informed upon delivery.

Customer TRUST is earned. Ninja Van should instruct its couriers to inform recipients of deliveries. I will include a similar review in the e-commerce platform and the seller will be informed of this incident.

Probably one of the worst delivery provider. Soo many times they left my order outside of the house without even knocking or pressing the bell. Huge and expensive items are just sitting outside the gate. Usually the delivery people are foreigners from India. Told them multiple times to knock or press the bell when i managed to see them delivering. Still no use.

Who the hell collect parcel 5am in the morning and deliver it to office 7:30PM at night?

No proof of delivery, just left it outside the office door at night. Singapore is safe, but that doesn’t mean you can just leave someone parcel unattended outside.

Totally unacceptable. I had to walk to office at night after shower to check where is my parcel.

Being a delivery guy is not an easy job, but the Ninja Van service has always been great. I arranged a few returned items to be picked up by Ninja Van Singapore today, I accidentally packed 2 items into one box and this resulted the delivery man could not tally my return items. It was very nice of the delivery man from Ninja Van (Mr. Pu ) called me and even video-called me to help me identify the items w the correct return ID. I truly appreciate his kindness for going the extra miles to help me sort it out and he did with his own initiative.

Driver flaked on delivery citing 'inaccurate address' while dozens of packages were delivered by NinjaVan before without issue. When escalated to the help desk they were entirely unhelpful and refused to acknowledge that it has all appearances of their driver deciding to call it a day and cancel delivery at 9pm by making up a fake reason.

Used Ninja Flexi, payment successful but never received email for the waybill. From fuss free to creating more problems for me. Messaged via live chat but very slow response and poor SOP. Problem still not solved. Ridiculous.

Really disappointed with their Delivery man job. Their Logistics Manager lazy and useless in educating their staff. So lazy that they cant even drop the parcels in the Drop box that is just next to my door, instead leaving my parcels outside. Are these people going to bare the responsibility and pay for my STOLEN parcels Had been complaining to their Customer Service 3 times but still useless. No point of giving us the notifications and ask us to instruct where to leave the parcel when your Delivery guys just don't care and not doing their job. SHOPEE delivery staff are much more better and have been doing their best. NINJA VAN shame on yourself!!!! Look at the pics I sent, the Dropbox is just there and even fit a big shoe box and yet your Ninja guys cant even drop them in the Dropbox. Hands got gold is it

I ordered an item on Lazada and opted for Ninja Van collection point. On January 21, I received a notification that my parcel was ready for collection. However, when I went to the collection point on January 22, the staff were unable to locate my parcel and couldn't scan my QR code.

I immediately contacted Ninja Van and was advised to wait 1-3 days while they checked with their relevant team, despite informing them that the last collection date was January 23. I specifically requested them not to return the parcel to the seller, as I needed the item for Chinese New Year’s Eve. They assured me that my parcel will be on hold until the issue is resolved.

Till today, there is no updates from them, and my parcel has now been sent back to the seller. I will not be receiving my item on time for Chinese New Year’s Eve thanks to their unreliable service.
