We had a good experience at the mercy go clinic . The people were friendly to us as well as each other. We were in and out quickly. The first place we went.couldn't see us and they immediately found us a location close by that could get us right in.

They were more concerned with getting rid of me as quick as possible rather than really examining my shoulder. Poked a few spots and told me nothing too terrible is wrong and said to come back in 2 weeks if the pain got worse. Then I went to an orthopedic and was told a day later I need an MRI because it could possibly be an issue not to wait on.
My wife called to speak to someone because the staff needs to be better trained, and if they are not too expirenced then that is okay, just be honest and say you do not know and refer me. My wife is still waiting on a call back from management, I guess I'm still not a priority like I wasn't when I was a patient.

My 6 year old daughter has been misdiagnosed twice at this urgent care .. had I not a diligent parent and figured out she has walking pneumonia that the doctor didn’t catch……
The doctor that saw my daughter was so quick to say everything was fine because her vitals were fine at that current moment ….
When I took her back the second time at a mercy, urgent care the doctor was more thorough .. and even then didn’t catch the pneumonia my daughter had . This happened again, two months ago when she had an outer ear infection and inner ear infection.. this location needs to work on connecting with the patients and being sure they’re being thorough. See I’m not the only one with the issue . . .

Great Experience! Extremely efficient, great people at every point of contact from check in to nurse to doc! Great physical facility! Felt everyone focused on my health issue, quickly diagnosed my problem and had me out the door with a prescription called in to my Pharmacy. No waiting! I was able to make an appointment!!! Highly recommend!

10 Stars, I recently had an issue with a pharmacy not giving me the prescription they ordered for me, people their were like “I work til this time call here in one hour”. They were prompt on my appointment time, Easy to talk to, professional and human.

Reception was courteous and efficient. Layla( my great grand daughter) was seen quickly. Barbara was very kind and sweet to Layla. She was friendly and made her feel safe before even touching her at all. After she did a strep and a COVIDtest, Layla said" I really like Ms Barbara, she was so gentle with that swab! I want to come here next time I get sick!" The provider came in right after and was also very kind and focused on Layla ( 8years old) understanding the advice she was giving about the current CDC guidelines for Covid.
We felt well cared for throughout our visit.

This place is officially trash and has gone to crap. Last time I went, it took days to prescription sent out and that was only because I kept calling them because they NEVER called me to even talk to me about my lab results I saw thru app.They prescribed me half the amount of antibiotics I was supposed to get and when I called to speak to a provider the provider refused to speak to me and the front desk lady was rude, hung up on me and wouldn’t answer my calls. They couldn’t even find the medication they sent out to be able to send it again which is why I really think they didn’t want to correct their mistake and give me the right amount of antibiotics. I called another mercy and they said they had no file of me being seen since my actual doctors check up months ago which means they arnt even keeping proper records. This place has turned to crap do yourself a favor and don’t see them. Rude, don’t keep track of the meds they send out and don’t give flying F about their patients!
