My in-laws have always used this florist. So, I've used it as well through the years, always calling from out of state to have deliveries ordered. We are always happy with the service and the product. It's nice when you live away to be able to trust Meme's product and service, and know it will always bring a smile to your loved ones' face.

Ordered an $80 sympathy arrangement from them that was supposed to be full of peach flowers... roses and lilies, as well as a succulent. The arrangement arrived was full of pink lilies and a couple white roses for a funeral. Save your money go somewhere else!!!!

Meme’s did the florals for our wedding and everything was not only superb, but fairly priced. Bobbie is very knowledgeable and helpful in the process of deciding what it is you want, and making it happen!

I have on line ordered, had flowers delivered to different addresses and bought directly from the store. Flowers are always in great condition and very reasonably priced. Meme in my opinion is far better product then large on line places. This is the store I will be buying my flowers from permanently.

Not only were the flowers gorgeous, but they were even better than what we anticipated, especially because they were less expensive than anywhere else! Love being able to support local businesses and still be able to save money! Thank you so much!

I ordered an arrangement of flowers for a dear friend who had just lost her husband. The flowers were delivered and left on her porch. She did not receive a call to let her know they were coming and since it is December the weather was not likely to help the flowers survive if they were not discovered. My friend had gone to her son's house for several days to make funeral arrangements. When she returned she was greeted by an arrangement of dead flowers. When she called Meme's to ask why she had not received a call, she was told that they do not do that because it was too complicated. She requested that the flowers be replaced and was told that they don't do that either. After explaining that she was a grieving widow, Bobbie agreed to send more flowers. My friend asked if they would be comparable to the original that I had ordered and paid for through FlowersForYou she said that they could not do that. It would be smaller. I strongly advise anyone to avoid doing business with Meme's Flowers. They displayed a total lack of empathy and customer service!!

Ordered 18 roses received 16 that wilted within 2 days. Very dissatisfied, when contacted they said they only will only guarantee for 24 hours. I would not recommend this florist.

Wanted same day delivery (Wednesday), cut off for that was by Noon as it is stated on the website. I put the order in @ 10am. Plenty of time! Delivery address is legit 10 minutes from the store front. Put my order in and waited. I received an email at 3pm saying the delivery driver already left before they received the order so the next possible delivery date would be Friday. TWO days away, I kindly canceled the order! Why would a company wait until 3pm that day to tell you they are not fulfilling the order? Waited so I cannot get another florist to deliver something. Awful service if you ask me. If I was the owner, I would be ashamed or even ran the delivery myself, being it is so close. Don't waist the time and aggravation with this place.
