This is the couch we purchased today, super excited! The service was excellent and the workers were very knowledgeable. Stone was the employee that helped us and made this a great experience. He was very patient, professional, and was not pushy at all. They do not get commission, but we made sure he got credit for assisting us. Overall awesome customer service and will be going back when we need anything else.

We had a great experience shopping at Living Spaces. I love that the sales people are not working on commission, so your shopping experience is more relaxed and personal. We had a gentleman by the name of Micah who helped us select and customize an entire living room. His help, knowledge and expertise were wonderful.

I purchased an expensive recliner. I was told by the sales rep that the item had not been returned and that the item was AS IS because it was only a floor piece and disclosed only a couple minor scuffs. I get the item home to set up and see that the frame has a significant crack extending halfway through the back frame. The crack had been professionally repaired. This item had a huge defect and was obviously returned. None of this was disclosed and in fact the representatives lied about it.

I immediately called the same day and struggled for 20 mins to attempt to speak to a manager at the store. I was completely denied any direct line of communication to store management. Beware that reps will lie about critically damage furniture that has been repaired and placed back on floor for As Is sale. These people completely ripped me off!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS COMPLETELY NON EXISTENT ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY.

Might be my new favorite bar. We went to shop for an area rug. They have a huge play center for kids although it was closed the Sunday that we went. I am not sure of the playground hours. The staff were friendly and not pushy. They allowed us to look around and not be in the way, but they were available when we had questions. The best part is the bar. They offer a few snack items for low prices, but the deals on beer and wine are unbeatable. They have Everything Rhymes with Orange and Yuengling for just $2 along with several wines to choose from for $2 as well. They even credit your bar bill if you spend $100 on furniture.

They definitely don't have the car dealership high pressure sales, but after being greeted know one else checked on me offered me assistance nothing. I was there to buy living room furniture and an adjustable bed, but after looking around for more than 40 min I finally found someone in the beds department with a customer. Which I understand maybe he was the only one in that dept he did acknowledged me but after waiting another 20 to 30 min I was kind of over it. He did apologize, but after walking around that store and being there well over an hour. I won't be back

I had the best experience at Living Spaces. I believe her name was Algma (something like that) who helped me pick out a couch. She was very helpful and not pushy at all. I needed something larger, but not too big as I am still in an apartment. I finally picked this couch, but needed the chase on the other side. She immediately asked her manager and they said they could switch it! She was so kind and we talked the entire time while she was obtaining my information. I hope to get her again in the future!! The delivery men were also very nice and gentle upon delivery. It was Jerome and Nick (believe the second guy was Nick). Give Jerome a raise!! He said he had about 16-18 stops and was working hard!

It was very pleasant to walk in for my very first time to look for a new complete double couch set up. I was greatly helped by Kristen without any push back to buy this or that. After I saw several couch set ups, she answered all my questions. I enjoyed making my purchase! Have the delivery set up for a convenient time when I will be off work in a couple of weeks.

My furniture is awsome. I love my purchase. It was a very very good price. Better than Ashley's furniture store. The sales associate was extremely nice and accommodating. She got me my couch the same day! She was polite & well informed on all aspects of the couch I brought. I will be returning to by a bed here. I would recommend living spaces to anyone looking to buy quality furnace at an affordable price.
