Extremely considerate company who are always available and pay attention to detail to tenant concerns, however minor. The coliving company I stayed with before this one was always not available and took forever to address and fix any issues. But Scott and Edwin treat tenants' concerns as if they would if they were living here themselves. Also there are not really many concerns, everything in the flat has been prepared very well.

personnaly really love their projects!! have nvr been with such a lively, friendly & amazing community within the household! extremely glad i met Scottz & even came back to him a 2nd time as other places didnt suit my needs. Thank you to Scottz, Shun & the rest of the team for always going the extra mile to make a simple coliving place feel so much like home❤️ really appreciate all the effort & extra miles you guys go for us! A pleasant experience and stay. The landlords are warm, accommodating, and quick to respond to any concerns. The property is conveniently located near food and public transportation, and is cleaned and maintained weekly. Shared spaces are well delineated; essential amenities such as laundry baskets and brand new sheet protectors are also being taken care of.
