This place is fantastic for testing and other health concerns. They are very efficient and get you in quickly. The staff is amazing, and I have nothing but good things to say about Azrael. They are so sweet every time I come in and always go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They are also super knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions I've had in the past. Amber is also very kind and goes out of her way to ensure great customer service. The healthcare services here are top-notch, and the atmosphere is very relaxed and chill. The waiting room is clean, with great music and free condoms!

Exceptional! Exceeded every one of my expectations ! Knowledgeable staff who LISTEN!!! and really care about understanding what my concerns were. Not a long wait time at all (I was in and out in under 45 min)& convenient evening hours (6-9pm thurs). It’s worth it to stop in real quick , definitely recommend.

So grateful for this clinic. I can't get over how incredibly lovely every staff member there was. Especially T-Angelo. I felt like I'd indulged in a pleasant little mid-morning social visit when I left. Also, the music was nice and upbeat. I'm so glad you all exist. I've never had a more pleasant experience having my blood drawn or asking intensely personal questions. They create an extremely nurturing and supportive environment. Thank you all!

This clinic deserves like ten stars. The staff, the energy, and the quality of care was all amazing. I checked in mid day, and the wait was long (2.5 hours) but there is no need to wait there, they get your info and text you when it’s your turn to come in. There is also a helpful link you can access to see the number of people ahead of you in real time. The entire process was very smooth, quick, and easy. The front desk staff was really kind and welcoming, and very clear in their communication. The staff member who tested me was also extremely nice and clear in their explanation of how the tests worked, and walked me through the process. They explained the different options available to me, and answered all my questions.
I will definitely be back, and I encourage anyone who needs these services to use this resource.

I'm thoroughly disappointed with this clinic. I am a first-time patient. I went in and waited over 2.5 hours. Once I got in, I was surprised the practitioner was doing a Zoom training, which seemed utterly inappropriate. He asked me if I was okay with it. I felt very uncomfortable because what am I supposed to say? He's already on Zoom. However, the more significant issue was he was performing for the person on Zoom and not trying to connect with or listen to me. I was there to be tested, as I had an exposure concern. Instead of testing me, he talked me out of it and sent me home. Imagine talking someone out of getting tested. He suggested I come back FOUR days later for various reasons. Excuses included running out of treatment, staff training the following day, and an upcoming holiday. I get this is a free clinic, and it's great that it exists, but that does not negate the fact that people are there to seek real treatment and it needs to be run efficiently and professionally. If no treatments were available that day, someone should have told me that when I checked in 2.5 hours early. Also, test me anyway, so I know for sure. Why send me away and wait four more days to get tested? It was confusing, unprofessional, and haphazard. There needs to be greater attention to patients' well-being and a better attempt to ensure we're comfortable with what is happening before you send us away. I wouldn't recommend this clinic. It's not serious, and there are other options in Austin.

UPDATE - I got a response to this review that says they couldn't test me because it was premature and not the appropriate time. This is not accurate. I was exposed 2 weeks prior. My partner was also in the next room (with symptoms) and got tested with no problems. Again, this confirms my concern that the practitioner was more focused on zoom than me. It's unfortunate. I did go to another clinic that day and was immediately tested.
