Horrific property management services. I fell through the rotted out deck and hurt myself as a result of negligent property management on the part of Kelly Price.

Fun fact: if you are the current renter of 208 Whittier Circle, there was a horrific murder across the street (google 218 Copeland or Shanti Cooper). Also while I lived at 208 Whittier Circle, a violent convict escaped Orlando Health Hospital and was found hiding in our backyard. I'm so glad I no longer live in Downtown Orlando. Even Winter Park, which is supposedly "upscale," is a complete dump.

All the divorcees working in Kelly Price's office share one brain cell (especially Leah, sorry). Hope they are all collecting well on alimony, because I don't think brokerage or property management is working out.

Every contingency deadline was ignored. No respect for the other realtor or the sellers. Blatant choice to not communicate caused undue stress on all other parties. Zero communication when requested.

Also they left some woman at the house that was not the realtor at our house during the inspection.

If you get an “offer” from a Kelly Price buyer, read any red flag you get in the beginning. They disappeared for 4 days after their first offer and then came back. Irresponsible realtor caused a lot of chaos. Never work with this company.

By the way, her lack of communication even caused the buyer to miss their closing date.

I’m so sad that I have to write this. I met Kelly back in 2019. I had just graduated nursing school and was moving to FL for my first nursing job. I inquired about a house kelly was renting and she did a great job making me feel like it was a good choice and like she would take care of me. I was never late a single time for rent, even with everything going on with Corona I was always on time and prioritized and good renter/landlord relationship. I renewed my lease the following year in 2020. Having absolutely no idea what lay ahead with this pandemic. By august, hospitals were overflowing and there was a desperate need for travel nurses. I was getting calls begging to go all over. I discussed it with my family and decided accepting one of those positions would be a wise move at that time. I called kelly and told her that I would be moving within 2 weeks. And I made it clear I understood that meant she would keep my deposit. She INSISTED that she return my deposit stating “I don’t need your money” I thought that was an incredible gesture of kindness. Her only request was that I keep paying the utilities until she rented it out. I thought sure I can do that, she’s giving me my deposit back anyways. I packed and cleaned the house from top to bottom. And moved to start working at hospital here. A month went by and I did not hear from her. So I texted her asking if the house was rented out and if she needed my forwarding address for the deposit. No response. So I waited another month and reached out again, this time attempting to call and text and did not receive a response. Meanwhile I was getting bills for the utilities for over 150 dollars. I continued to pay them, but did not hear from Kelly. Finally in November I reached out again stating I couldn’t continue to afford the utilities and I had still not received the deposit as promised. I emailed, called, texted, message on Facebook, and Instagram, with NO response. I finally went on her website and pretended I was wanting info on a house and got a response. I explained the situation and the girl promised kelly would be in touch. A week later kelly calls and nonchalantly informs me that I’m not getting the deposit back or a refund for the utilities that I had continued to pay. I told her that was unfair and I would have never continued to pay the utilities if I had known I wasn’t getting the deposit, that’s what the deposit is for. And she wouldn’t even listen to me. After I spoke with her I wrote a lengthy email to her and did not receive a response. I contacted the girl and asked if she would confirm kelly got it, which she did and said kelly would reach out soon. 4 weeks later and I have heard nothing. So I am writing this to warn you that Kelly price is sneaky and will take your money and you’ll never hear from her again. It’s one thing to do that in a normal time, but for this to happen in the middle of a pandemic where people are literally struggling to stay alive is sickening. Especially to a nurse! I cannot imagine doing this to anyone. So be warned. Stay away from Kelly Price and Company.

I'm seeing why after eight months in my apartment today is the first time I've had the pleasure (or lack thereof) of speaking to Jennifer, the liaison between myself, the renter, and the landlord. I've never spoken to someone so quickly dismissive and rude, especially someone I'm giving money to. I've had a consistent and extremely uncomfortable pest issue since the day I moved in, and despite my appeals, noting that I was making a concerted effort to no longer stay in my own home due to the pest issues, I was treated as a pest myself and quickly and rudely dismissed. This office has absolutely no respect for renters, as I assume they're too busy selling mansions to deal with their less financially endowed clients. Six months to replace a moldy air conditioner, six months to fix a refrigerator handle, six months to fix the weather stripping on my door and then once the lock on the door no longer worked after the weather stripping was installed, the contractor ignored me. This office hires out work to the lowest bidder, and things don't get done. I'm sick of paying rent to these people who only say they'll work on something to appease you and keep you from calling for a few weeks. I would never, ever rent or purchase from this office.

Needed a real estate company to help me purchase a home. Was told this company was the best. No one called me back right away or emailed. Had to wait for someone to contact me. Not impressed with the attitude of this company. A little snobbish. Found another excellent real estate company.
