Not a good experience with our agent lamie. Not recommended. He didn't show up for closing when we sold our condo he lied about his commission. After we signed the contract w him he wouldn't show up in many situations where the agent is usually needed and would threaten us that we signed a contract with him. I hope he gets the training that he needs

Yuliya Kazeyeva was ALWAYS available for home tours. Their responsiveness was incredible. If they didn’t pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. They did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. They really treat the situation like they are purchasing the property – they look out for you and have your best interests in mind.

I wanted to take a moment and say thank you to someone, who without her help, Melissa and I wouldn’t be where we are today.

A few months ago Melissa and I made the difficult decision to sell our house and move. The reason for the move is to grow our family, with the added benefit of the possibility to further grow my freelance photography business.

I posted in our local Facebook group asking who people recommend as an aggressive, but kind, realtor. And after all the advertisements (literally) sent through private messages, I deleted my post. Then minutes later I get one final message. It was from a business man who has worked with Jennifer Klein from my local KW office and strongly recommended her over the many others he works with. So we looked into her work and was impressed by the way she portrayed herself among other realtors. We asked her to come by and tell us what she thought. Immediately we both knew she was the perfect person to help us sell our home, and find our forever home.

There were a lot of bumps along the way, but with her persistence and guidance, we found a buyer. But Jennifer’s professionalism is as good as it gets. She knows her business inside and out. So whenever there was a problem, she was on top of it, helping us make better decisions than we might have otherwise.

And as it turned out, the house we wanted from day one was still available. And we got it!

From negotiations to being under contract and going through home inspections - there were nonstop difficulties. Having Jennifer as our advocate was incredible. Eventually everything worked out.

Don't use them simply put! Very unprofessional and it will cost you in the long run . They just want to make a sale and don't care how they do it and who they can roll over. They cost me over 7000 dollars on the sale of my house because they don't know how to write up a contract and the buyer had a sharper agent.who actually told me after I sold my house that I had made a mistake using them . I will learn from my mistakes and it will cost them in the long run for I have had my friends call me from my old development who I used and told them to stay away . So please take this as sound advice and don't use them. They should have their RealestAte license revoked . It's just too bad that I have to give the one star they don't deserve that.
