A relative recommended Island Maids to me. Able to receive different helper's biodata as per my requirements within a day for selection & fast interviews. Had already selected a helper & done all paperwork. Unfortunately after 2 weeks had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. Refund was done swiftly. All done by my Sales Manager Pang Mei Hui. She is very professional, helpful, able to answer all our queries & guide me through the process as a first time employer.

Being first time hiring a helper, was lost due to the processes and paperwork involved. Was recommended by friends Island Maid (Beo Cresent) that is near my house. We were attended by Mei Hui (manager) with excellent service. She addressed our queries promptly even after office hour and was very assuring and polite. A responsive and resourceful person. The hiring process was smooth and professional. Managed to get a good match within 2 weeks from date of video call interview. With my long time helper needing to go back home due to family emergency I had to urgently look for a replacement and after contacting different maid agencies, found a suitable one from Island maids.
Joe from the Beo branch was the agent who helped us in getting the helper. Tho it was a bit stressful initially and bit rushed to confirm the helper, overall satisfied with the the end outcome as we got the helper which we wanted.
Joe was easy to talk to friendly and quick in response and updates. Very clear with the process , ready to answer any queries and had a follow up call as well.

I didn't get a helper from Island Maids in the end but I had a very positive experience with Joe. He was very helpful in looking for the right helper for me, and was diligent in sending me profiles and videos to choose from. He was very responsive and had a great service attitude, never pushy. Do look for Joe at the Beo Crescent branch.

My original agent from Jurong Branch left before my helper arrived. No one informed me of the agent's sudden departure. It was a bad handover with the helper as she was wearing make up when we first met.

Eventually, the helper wanted to transfer within one day because I told her that I do not want her to wear make up during working hours. So I called the Jurong Branch Manager to complain about the helper, she did not attempt to counsel the maid at all and just asked me to bring the maid back.

It costs me a lot of money to get another helper, luckily I found Peggie from Beo Crescent branch to find my replacement helper. Peggie was very patient, responsive and cheerful. Whenever I have any issues with helper, Peggie will always find time to talk with my helper about the matter regardless of how busy she is. If she is on leave, her colleague Mei Hui will assist me to counsel my helper instead.
