Los cuartos tienen insectos. Las lavadoras y dispensadores de bebidas s de roban el dinero. Y nadie atiende las quejas. Tienen que revisar que clase de servicio se presta . El costo y el aseo son cosas diferentes.

Atención al cliente nefasta, supuestamente deben abrir a las 11:00 am y era la 1:00 pm y aun no abrían, tenia reservación y cuando llegué al lugar no había habitaciones disponibles, horrible Atención al Cliente

This is not some petty review.. we are just being honest with how we experienced our stay here.

When we first got to the suite, the room was not as clean as we expected.

my wife had to buy cleaning supplies and actually clean the suite herself... the bed had old sheets with makeup on the pillow case.

she asked the staff to reclean the room and they said they did. but when my wife came in the bed was the only thing that was remade and the sheets and pillow cases were the same.

we know this because we saw the same make up in the pillow case.

then we mentioned the AC was broken and they had us come down to front desk to work it out.

we were planning to stay here for a couple of months at a decent affordable price due to our current situation...

they then asked my wife to have me take the first review down and they made us promises to help us with better prices and as soon as I took them down, the promises weren't met. but then my wife and i started thinking about staying at another hotel "Extended stay" they gave us a better price and a lower rate per week very clean and spacious.

I stay here in and out every year. Duwan has been nothing but extremely helpful and is always with a smile. His customer service is top notch and i gooe he sticks around. Naomi is a fantastic front desk attendant.

My family needed a place to stay for a couple months, while our new home was being inspected. The hotel manager was awesome, made me feel welcomed immediately, very kind, greeted us with a smile

Our room was very comfortable, the hotel very quiet, other guests respectable, location convenient.

Thanks for accommodating my family in our time of need.

My recent stay at InTown Suites was nothing short of exceptional. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect for my needs, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially want to commend the manager, Duwan Lockett. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for guests made my stay truly memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and his friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. Duwan, the manager is amazing. He goes above and beyond yo make sure the customer is happy. Rooms are clean and beds are super comfortable. I love the sink faucet too
