In The Bag Cleaners located conveniently close to my home at Washington and Douglas did an amazing job from start to finish. We showed up just minutes before closing and still received excellent service. I don't recall the name of the young lady working the front desk but she was extremely helpful and patient. I'd also like to add she did not try to rush us, and was very clear about cost as well as options. All of our questions that we asked were answered in detail, and also provided extra information that was not asked by us, but will be useful in the future. I definitely would recommend this specific location to my anyone who is seeking to have their dry cleaning promptly, special request, and is very particular about how their laundry is done. No matter if it's a lot like we had brought in, or just a few items this place is definitely worth choosing for your dry cleaning services. I definitely will return as a customer in the future, and will pass along this great experience to my friends and family as well. The clothes came back in excellent condition on time and they were hung as Id asked them to be hung on my specific hangers. Which I appreciated that way I didn't have to transport them from their hangers to mine, or hang them on to my hangers once at home. This made it very easily coming home, and hanging the clothes up in the closet, so all of my needs were met down to the hangers which is really cool. And let me just add that all of my request never seemed too big, or too demanding, or hard for them. All of my questions that I asked were answered with a positive attitude even though it was closing time. Big thank you to in the bag cleaners we will see you soon!
