10/10 absolutely recommend! We’re new to town. We selected their 21st and Ridge location based on convenience but will stay for the service. It’s clear customer service is important to them! They welcomed us with a little new client gift and explained their services. Their hours are great and their communication is superb! The turnaround time cannot be beat and my first order (some dry cleaning and some laundered dress shirts) are exactly how I prefer them. This will be our go to cleaners going forward!! Thanks to Dave and the team for being so customer focused.

Long story short, habitual offender.

I have tried this company multiple times at different locations, but no luck on actual quality, specification, appearance of what I’ve asked. I got this shirt cleaned, semi pressed, and “starched” for free due to my previous shirt smelling like it wasn’t cleaned properly (smelled like my cologne and sweat), creases where they shouldn’t be, missing creases, and a big portion of the shirt was wrinkled that I paid for. The shirt in the pic again lacks creases, added creases, has wrinkles, lacks starch and feels softer which it shouldn’t since its wool and allegedly having heavy starch. I’ve never asked for speedy service only double verify my order and still yield the same results over the last year. Will not be returning and the offers are cool but if you have any military clothing that require attention to detail, precision, or done remotely right please don’t come here. I’ve left surveys with the company and no one has reached out but honestly didn’t expect them to since they have a large consumer base. As far as the individuals that work the front desk they were helpful and obviously don’t deal with the actual outcome of the items. But overall this experience sucked since I have wasted time and money from one professional to another, no one likes poor quality and unfortunately I’m the one left looking of lesser quality. No I didn’t alter pics or showing a used shirt. Shirt in the pic is less than 10 min after pickup and was hung during the drive.

As a new customer, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a discount on my first cleaning along with additional coupons and a personalized laundry bag. My old shirts were nicely pressed and they now have new life. The location is very convenient for us. I dropped off patio cushions for a "seasonal" cleaning that we should have done a long time ago. When I pick them up I will be sure to bring the new bag, filled with another batch of neglected clothing!

Just picked up yesterday so haven't had a chance to wear any of the repaired items but have already received 2 notices for a review. Appears to have done a great job at a fair price. Takes a while but sewing isn't their only business. Overall, would recommend. Thanks guys!

Very nice and easy. THE only thing I would recommend is to tell the customer the pick up date. I had a receipt and it told me on there but I couldn’t believe it! I had taken my suits on Saturday, hoping to wear one clean the Sunday next day. To find out I would get them back in 3 more days. It’s no big deal I could’ve done my research or even asked. But I just thought differently so maybe just throwing out there when it’s to pick it up. No big deal. 99 percent my fault for the surprise.
