Took my Wichita thunder game worn jersey to them and they took real good care of it, they couldn't get all stains out but I kinda figured that since it is an old jersey from back when they played at the Kansas Colosseum, it was a very hard jersey to track down but they did a great job the staff was super friendly, very clean inside, I got an update on when it was ready to be picked up, they are a little out of the way maybe 13-20 mins depending on traffic but it was well worth the drive definitely recommend, will be doing more business with them from hear on out. Thank you guys for taking great care of the jersey and having me ready for game day

Service was good and they got my garments back to me earlier than was scheduled. I also took a comforter in to be cleaned and they were able to clean it while in the same timeframe as my clothes. Very happy i didn’t have to make two trips.

I had my moms 70 year old wedding dress cleaned. It looks brand new and absolutely beautiful! In the Bag Cleaners was upfront with me in saying it was possible the dress might not be able to be cleaned. It is so nice to have a local cleaners who is so detailed oriented. I am very pleased.

I dropped off my husbands military uniform. We picked it up the next day shortly before closing and headed home. Upon sewing on patches and placing pins to get it ready to wear this week for an event , we realized his jacket belt was missing. We looked everywhere in the garment bags and even our car. When i called the next morning to notify you it was missing Tosh or Tish at the warehouse said she would have to check for it. She Didn’t get a description of it or have any concern regarding this. It was as though I was a bother to be calling and before I could give her a description she ended the call. Less than 4 minutes later called back and said I have a question Is it green and with a buckle? She then told me it was separated from his uniform. This belt was in the loops of his jacket and would have had to be manually been removed intentionally (it doesn’t just fall out). I understand it may need to be removed for cleaning but it should have been cared for not just discarded. She then told me it will go out to the store later today when they go there (no earlier than at least 6-7 hours from now) and we could get it later this afternoon, evening. No apologies or even an ounce of concern. She even i could retrieve it from their warehouse if he needed it sooner. I asked if it was cleaned? And she seemed caught off guard and said yes. It just doesn’t make sense to me.

From my husband ?My wife is not your employee. She did me a huge favor by getting it to you guys and ensuring it was ready for me. When you dropped the ball you don’t get to ask her to pick it up for you. We have no idea where a warehouse is or how on earth it falls onto my wife to make another trip to retrieve this item you didn’t account for. When my wife told me about all this I called. I asked to speak to a manager. I was told by the girl who answered the phone she could help me (her name started with a B). Again I asked for a manager and was again refused one. I asked my belt be delivered to our home. She offered no apology, she too had no urgency in the matter and made it seem like an imposition to get this to us. She actually said she didn’t know when they would have time to deliver but said they would bring it some time today. Upon delivery no one rang our bell or knocked. My wife was home at that time (pretty obvious with her truck in our driveway). She had actually rearranged her day to stay here until my belt was delivered to ensure it wasn’t left on our porch. It was however left hanging on the outside of our storm door exposed to weather and accessible to anyone. As I said no one knocked or rang the bell or made any attempt to actually deliver this. This is a piece of my military uniform it is extremely important, expensive and required. Replacing it for my event this week would have been impossible. Not wearing it with my uniform is not an option. The lack of care by not one but multiple employees is truly astounding. No one offered an apology, discount or tried to right this extremely stressful situation. I do want to mention that when we noticed the belt was gone. My wife said how the employee at your store was kind and the only reason she was willing to give a second chance. But after the way things unfolded with your warehouse employees when we both called we will be seeking services elsewhere moving forward.
