Buen servicio en general, un poco de ruido fuera de la habitacion sin embargo al contar con otra puerta que separa la sala de estar de la habitacion se disipa el ruido. Recomiendo el hotel.

Bar did not open on time. However. The front desk girls were amazing. I did not catch the first shift girls name. The second shift girl said her name was Christal. I fear it was a fake name because the bartender was late. But “Crystal” was flipping great. So kudos to both these young ladies.

Back in March of 2024, my wife and I decided at the last minute to stay in OKC for a night and we chose this hotel since it was near where we would be going the next day. We checked in and the lady at the front was very nice. She told us everything we needed to know and also told us that the "complimentary" breakfast started at 6:00 and ended at 10:00am.
The plugs on both lamps on the bedside tables didn't work so I had to search the room for open outlets to charge our phones. We didn't notice this until we were already going to bed. My wife and I went down the next morning and got some breakfast, there was no staff anywhere to be seen when we got down there. There was one other guest also eating breakfast. As we were finishing, a staff member came up to the other guest and asked him if he had a breakfast voucher. I think he said no and he looked confused. She then asked us if we had them and I told her no. She asked us for our room numbers and then walked away. I asked the other guest if they were going to charge us and he said "I hope not, I was told it was complimentary." I agreed. The lady came back and I asked if we were being charged, she said that it wasn't complimentary. The other guest and I both told her that we were told that it was complimentary when we checked in. She proceeded to argue with us. She asked if we enjoyed the food, I told her it was fine if it was free. (It was standard complimentary breakfast food. Buffet style, serve yourself.) She seemed offended. "Oh, so it's good if it's free?" I said yeah. She asked again for my room number and told her would talk to the front desk myself.
I'll never choose this location again and I'm upset that used my points to book it.
I'm just now writing this review here because it's been 6 months and I never received a phone call back that I've been promised multiple times. I've also never received my bill, which I've requested multiple times. I tried to get it from their digital concierge but it didn't work. Really some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Shameful.

Will not be coming back Didn’t get the room we paid for.Front desk was hateful about late check out. AC didn’t work Some of the lamps didn’t work, Coffee pods are sticky. Hand soap fell off of the wall As I guess it was just tape on. The hair conditioner is as filled with watered down lotion. The only good thing I can say is maybe 2 of the staff members were friendly. Bartender was great aswell! As a Diamond elite member this is the worst experience I’ve had this year!

Someone unlocked my room and came in. I’m a woman was naked in bed with no lights on. I’m very upset. Then a second person disturbed us and said they were checking late checkouts and advised they did not have our into as a late check out. This was for bereavement and we had spoken to the night manager who had approved it and said they had added notes.

They did not knock or announce themselves beforehand. I was told GM Shaun was away at a conference and there was no acting manager on staff I could speak to. I called corporate customer service and they said they would contact GM and he would be in touch. A week later still no contact. I called corporate back and they tried to get in contact with the GM and said the AGM would call me back and provided my ph# to her in 10minutes. No contact still. I called corporate back and said I was still waiting for AGM to call. They transferred me and call dropped.

I went and looked up the property ph# myself and called and was finally transferred to AGM. She told me it was probably a cleaning person who unlocked my room and they don’t speak english. I asked to speak to Shaun who I was told was on a call and at this point I didn’t think actually existed. He informed me I was interrupting his 1.5hr business call and I was looking for some type of assurance their operations would be changed but his tone was just frustrated with me and then accused me of seeking additional compensation after they said they would already refund my stay. He told me he was just informed of my issue a few days ago so somthing not right is going on at this property.

Do not use this property and especially if you are a woman/with children. It is not safe and when something does happen your concerns won’t be taken seriously or with understanding. I have also attached pictures of all the mystery stains everywhere and the hair dryer that fell on the counter off the wall with the exposed screw.

I was placed in 2 different rooms because their key cards didn't work. A lot of my time was wasted , just waiting to get in my room. The 1st room tv didn't even work. Breakfast was cold down in their restaurant. Went for supper and tried to order a few things but I was informed they were out that I wanted. I went elsewhere. This is the 1st holiday Inn that I had issues. For all the issues I won't go back. 1st time in ok city.

First of all, I was quoted a price when I called to make a reservation, but the rate per the email was a lot more. I called back and they said someone would check the recording and get back with me, which they never did. Secondly, I got checked in and after I got unpacked found out my remote control was missing, and when I called about it I was told they didnt have any more and I would have to change to another room, so I had to repack and move. Now the thermostat is broken, and I dont want to move to another room again. Totally awful and expensive experience!
