Lovely place to get you Japanese food and products. Well laid out store with two floors. Great place to buy gifts too. Staff are friendly.

What a nice place to get whatever you may need to remind you of Japan all the way in London. The people working there (possibly owners) speak Japanese and are very kind!

It has three floors packed with snacks, food and goods from Japan. We bought Ramen bowls there and used them the very next day! Reasonably priced for a very high quality product! Go there if you want something different! There are a few good surprises in the basement!

Good place to buy Japanese saké (15% alcohol brewed beverage). It is all downstairs. The lady was very good at helping me choose and is well-trained. Different styles of sake are in different fridges with different labels at top

Very convenient to find a place to buy a Suica IC card before arrival in Japan. I thought the price of £25 vs the £10 it would have cost for the same at JR office at Tokyo station was very reasonable for the convenience of not needing to stand in line to use a ticket machine at the airport (unless you have an iPhone that can use a digital IC card). As described the card was loaded with 1500 yen.

Was invited for sake tasting. The lady who had a name I have forgotten sorry (naoko ?) was exceptional. She took her time as showed she cared. We bought two bottles. Thank you

Went for sake wine tasting with my friend. Very well presented and enjoyed the experience. We had both the still and sparkling sake straight from the cask. Very impressed.
