Hotline called many times but could not contact. Website required to make an appointment, confirmed appointment at 4:30pm. When I went to the embassy, ​​the support person said no appointment needed, the staff who helped with paperwork was not here. i asked what time she would return to work. The staff replied: I don’t know, probably a bit late. If you can wait, wait. And closing time is 5:00pm ?

The embassy is situated in a lovely green area. It’s just a 10-minute walk from Holland Village MRT. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Before you go, make sure you have all the necessary documents ready. That way, everything will be processed quickly and smoothly.

Gave the date for passport submission after close to 3 months, went down on the date and time, queued and waited for almost 2 hours. Just for them to tell me my passport is NOT READY & HAVE TO COME DOWN ANOTHER DAY.

A major waste of time, they care nothing about citizens welfare. ALL ABOUT MONEY.

Very very bad service. Called the hotline with regards to the consular services but the person just mumbled something and hung up. Tried calling again and the line was engaged. Realised that he probably blocked my number as I managed to call through again using another number.

As what other reviews about them, horrible standards. Only the local old man who facilitates document notarization and providing information is someone to commend about. He is 100x much more responsible and knowledgeable than those lazy bums inside. The old man even went to the extend to book taxi for foreign tourists to go to the places he referred them to. Whereas those lazy bums inside the office, 915am then officially start taking enquiries but disappeared at 930am then reappeared at 1015am to act busy for another few minutes before disappearing. Just only a simple passport renewal application ended up more than 2 hours wait. If it's wasn't no choice, i won't be here.
