Elevate is the best studio! I have been going here for almost 6 months now and truly love the community of students, instructors, and owners! It’s a fantastic environment to learn and grow without judgment! Everyone is so supportive and builds each other up constantly! ELEVATE IS AMAZING. I've been an on/off student for 5 years and have always loved the sensation of calmness and peace arriving at the studio brings me. I was finally brave enough to sign up for a YTT and the Restorative Aerial Yoga Teacher Training exceeded my expectations. Organized, with plenty of hands on experience and workshopping. It was life changing four days for me. I always leave Elevate feeling better than when I arrive. Thank you to Amber and the team for cultivating a beautiful space and a beautiful teaching training. I never practiced mat yoga, let alone aerial yoga, before coming here, and was very intimidated when I first signed up. From day one, the teachers, owners, and other members have been so welcoming and supportive, and tailor each experience to your own level. I leave each class feeling rejuvenated and accomplished. The elevated silks class is the perfect level of difficulty I have been looking for. It helped me with strengthening my basics and taught me new moves which I can improve on. Mariah is an excellent teacher and really seems to care about her students' improvement.

The most amazing place ever! From the moment you step foot in the studio, you will know you made the right decision. Everyone is friendly, helpful and eager to get to know you. The teacher's are encouraging and hands on (if you want) to assist as you learn. Everyone in the classroom is genuinely excited when you get a new shape for the first time. So, grab your mat and get over there!

I hav been taking aerial yoga classes with Elevate for 5 years now and have grown with the studio. The owners go above and beyond to listen to what their community needs, and change accordingly. They've offered so many fun workshops, events and programs over the years so I never get bored! Everyone is so nice and I appreciate that it's a place where everyBODY is welcome.

I love practicing yoga at Elevate. The teachers are all really wonderful and encouraging. The classes are fun and accessible. I have found aerial yoga to be easy to love — lots of fun and crazy shapes, upside down or in the air, but also lots of ways to add variety to stretches you’d find in a mat yoga class. (Also aerial is much easier on my wrists than mat yoga!)

I have practiced yoga on and off for years but Elevate is the first place that’s made it easy for me to be consistent. I have never had a bad class & I really enjoy all the instructors but I especially love Charley’s classes and boot camps.
