Tony has been excellent in his communication to schedule a home visit to meet with my aunt & uncle in Clovis. He was referred by another local home care agency who didn't have caregivers to provide service for them and I trust the other company (I know them personally). That to me said a lot...

We used Dedicated Care to take care of our 93 year old father at my nephew's wedding. He is wheelchair bound and needs assistance using the facilities. The young man who helped my dad was very professional, patient and bilingual. He took care of my dad the entire night without any issues. Booking was also smooth and easy. Mr. Chavez came by the house and explained how it would work. We would definitely use the Service again.

We were greeted with warmth and empathy in having care for our father. we have had a couple of different caregivers throughout our journey. However, our favorite one is Lorna. She is sweet and gentle and gets right to work with whatever needs to be done. This includes the floors, the mini blinds, the bathrooms, which, by the way, she leaves, decorative towels, also laundry, dusting and she makes my dad breakfast or lunch . We are very grateful to Dedicated Care and the people who work there.

Dedicated Care In-Home Services provided our mother with excellent care while she was recovering from cancer treatment. They worked around her ever changing schedule and were very kind, polite, and accommodating. Whatever our family asked of them, they did so without hesitation. We will definitely use their services again should the need arise.

My husband was a Veteran who passed away Sept 2023. Tony & Cynthia (whom I spoke with most of the time) were very polite, courteous, friendly & professional. Tony came to our home, got us all set up, gave us all the information & provided non-medical in home health care. Meaning, whomever was sent to our home (medical staff to stay with my husband) could do most everything except administer medication. I have to give a HUGE shout out to Susana. She was the BEST care giver out of all the other individuals we had. Susana sat right next to my husband's bed, she brought her tablet, her own water, she downloaded books, puzzles or whatever & never left his side (no matter if she came during the day or night). Everyone else sat in the living room, watched TV, fell asleep & listened for my husband on the baby monitor, which was ok but Susana was the one who took her job seriously. If he pooped in his diaper, she changed it...immediately. If he wanted a popsicle at 3 am, she asked him what kind, then she'd go find that flavor in the freezer. If his bedding needed to be changed, she'd change it. Thank you Susana, I never worried about my husband when you were here.

Dedicated Care came along side of our family with support and caring in a time that was a difficult transition. From the first call and visit they were so helpful and caring. The caregivers were gentle, caring and very responsible. I would and will be recommending Dedicated Care to others who find themselves in need of help with a loved one.
