got my Mirena IUD removed today, had my appointment at 10:30am but thought it was 10, I got there at 9:40am. I was not brought into a room until 10:50am. Little frustrating, whats the point of getting to an appointment early if they wont see me until 20 minutes after.
Dr Vavrika did great with the removal, the metal speculum hurt more than pulling the iud out. took less than 10 minutes total, I was walking out by 11.
But… after she had my legs up she said she needed an assistant and opened the door with my legs up,exposed, vulnerable. I was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE with this. I dont know theres not patients past that room, I dont know whos standing outside the door, Please let me cover myself before you open the door, give me 2 seconds to realise another person is about enter the room and see my junk.

Dr. McAdams has been my doctor for almost 20 years and I have never been disappointed or felt uncomfortable with him or any of his nurses. He has delivered all three of my children and still takes care of me to this day! Great doctor!!

Dr. Wilks is the best doctor i’ve ever had in any establishment or specialty. Everyone asked me how I felt about giving birth, if I was nervous, etc., and I always told them, no. I was so confident in Dr. Wilks and her abilities, decision making, values, etc. that I knew she would not hesitate to do what was best and take care of me through every moment or unprecedented turn. And when my labor did become emergent, as scared as I was, I knew she had me. I knew she made the right call. I knew she would go in there and do better than her best because that’s who she is. My husband and I never had a doubt. I will repeat over and over that she just does not hesitate. To do what’s best. To take care of you. To inform you. To be proactive. She does not push you off and is part of your team from the first appointment to bringing your baby into this world. I truly hope she plans on doing this forever so I can have my future kids with her too.

I'd give all the stars in the sky if I could to this facility. I absolutely love everyone I encounter there. My OBGYN team is Dr. Devin McAdams and Nurse Keshia. I've been going to them since 2019 and they were there with me on my journey with our first child early 2024. Their compassion and support for what you want to do with your body is top notch, they are clear and concise, could not ask for better people to put up with me lol. Seriously stop looking for anyone else and Run to Team McAdams and Keshia!

Love Dr Melendez. I have been his patient for 20+ years. He is, by far, the top medical professional I have seen in my life. He is smart, personable, caring and puts you right at ease. I leave every appointment/interaction with him feeling better than when I walked in. You can tell that he truly loves his work and is really good at it. I feel very fortunate to have him as my physician.

I was referred here 2 year's ago after I visited Mercy emergency department for an ectopic pregnancy. Dr. Vavricka treated me for the ectopic pregnancy and her and all of the staff treated me so well and with such respect. This was a very terrifying and sad time for me, but I was in good hands with Dr. Vavricka. She listens, she gives informative medical advice and she cares. I'm now pregnant again, I'm 27 weeks along and I chose her to be my doctor and take care of me while pregnant. She's the most wonderful doctor I've ever had. Her nurses are super sweet, too. I truly love this place ❤.
