The staff are great. Took care of my cut hand and explained in detail procedure and after care plan . Chara and her assistant are very competent and made me feel comfortable. Wait was not long-30 minutes

I recently visited CareNow Urgent Care and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long before being seen by the medical staff.

One standout aspect of my visit was the exceptional service provided by Deborah. She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Deborah took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained the treatment plan, and ensured I felt comfortable every step of the way. Amazing care. Little wait, not crowded. Got a room to wait in for most of my stay. Coordinated with my provider to get them the info for follow up, and my prescriptions are ready for pick up as soon as I left.

Took actually 4 hours just to get into the waiting room which smelled AWFUL thank god it wasn't an emergency although the man next to me had a gushing bloody nose that was practically soaking his T shirt. please save yourselves and NEVER go here. i felt more sick after I left than before i even came. they literally prescribed me Tylenol and i am on death's door! also my phone died. The nurse told me my COVID / strep / flu test would take 20 minutes and it took close to an hour. I could actually rant about how bad this place was for so long ughhhh!

Staff was polite. The place didn't seem crowded yet I was seen about 30 minutes after my appointment time (remote check-in with SMS notifications about your place in line is a great thing they offer). There was a lot of wait for not much interactions once in the exam room. It was absolutely freezing cold. A couple of patients and I stayed standing in the hallway hub to warm up, multiple times. A gentleman had to leave as he was so cold. Wasn't offered any water although I showed up for dehydration. Didn't even go through the paperwork they sent me home with besides a referral (which covered 1/3 of a page out of 5 pages printed out). I will not go back there for sure.
