I've come here several times now and I am very pleased with the service. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, establishment is clean and well organized. Wait times were reasonable. I would recommend anyone come here for medical needs.

Brought my son here who has been sick for a week. (We chucked it up to the common cold). We came in, check in was simple and easy, and wait time was minimal. We saw Victoria the PA, she was phenomenal, amazing bedside manner, she listened to my son’s symptoms and ended up figuring out his diagnosis thanks to their rapid test. If she had not been so thorough, my son could have gone untreated even though he needed antibiotics. Everyone from start to finish was amazing. I will definitely recommend friends/family to come here.

I recently brought in my mom, this past Saturday and the experience was amazing. The staff is so educated and made us feel extremely comfortable. Shout out to the front desk, she made the wait time enjoyable. My mom felt extremely at ease after she answered our many questions. The best experience I've had at an Urgent Care and I will willingly start coming to this Carbon Health location despite it being out of our way. Recommend this place to anyone!

I didn’t catch the girls name at the front desk. Young glasses hair in a pony. Nicest person ever. She was great kind and helpful with my phone. The girl that brought me in was awesome as was the doctor. Great experience

I’ve been here 2-3 times now and have had consistently great experiences. The staff are all friendly, making an appointment is easy, and the wait time isn’t bad even during the holidays. The tech who took my vitals was super friendly and the PA took the time to hear my concerns and let me explain all of my symptoms unlike other urgent cares in the area. I got multiple tests done so it felt comprehensive and I really appreciated it especially because it’s Christmas Eve.

I would have given it a 5 stars but the wait was very long & the front desk girl should not be working there. People come in sick & don't need an attitude when they are checking in. I was very sick. The Doc/NP was excellent and I would haven given her 5 stars. The nurses were good. The front desk girl was not nice to us & most people that checked in.

I visited Carbon Health yesterday due to being sick. The receptionist seemed very uninterested in her jobs. She was telling me how she was going to put her notice in and was bad talking the place and not to say anything, extremely unprofessional. I got called in by a very sweet nurse who took my vitals and was very empathetic. The Dr came in and went through the list of things to check. They tested me for Covid/flu and then dismissed me. I was so confused. The nurse said someone will call be in 15-20 mins with results and to have a nice day. I left, 45 mins went by and the receptionist she gave me my results. I asked to speak with a nurse or doctor or office manager because she caused even more confusion. She told me someone will call me back. An hour went by and the doctor called me back, I asked how do you let someone leave without a diagnosis? Extremely unprofessional. She then told me to assume it was the flu and treat as such…assume!….and prescribed me 3 diff medications. I told her u less the test came back positive then I’m not pumping medication for something I don’t have. Then said well it sounds more like a sinus infection so we’ll treat as such. Your doctors have ZERO clue what they are doing and just prescribing things and to just assume it what’s they have. I went elsewhere because I felt like I didn’t have proper diagnosis and was told that I was given misinformation and actually has something else. I’m extremely upset that these providers seem to just be telling people you have the flu because it’s trending and here’s medications. Absolutely disgraceful

It is so refreshing going to a facility that provides quality and professional healthcare. All of my questions and needs are always addressed not to mention short wait times, there’s never a long wait before being seen. I’ve gone here numerous times and it’s always a pleasant experience.
