After spending a great deal of time searching the internet for properties, without much success, we made contact with Helen at C & C Properties purely by chance. This is where things changed. Helen took the time to listen carefully to our requirements and made a shortlist of properties that would be suitable for us to view. We came over to Moraira for a week long holiday and my wife and I viewed the properties with Christian. Both Helen and Christian are very knowledgeable and experienced Estate Agents who don’t try to pull the wool over your eyes but provide an honest opinion on the properties they have for sale. By chance, another suitable property came to market whilst we were in Moraira and we were able to view it at very short notice. This turned out to be the perfect property for us and we immediately knew it. Helen dealt with the negotiations between ourselves and the vendor over the purchase price and we ultimately reached an agreement that suited both of us.

The process for purchasing a property in Spain takes some time and is very different to the process we are used to in the UK. The advice and guidance that Helen provided to us throughout this process was absolutely first class and I don’t know how we would have managed without her. She is a very calming influence and no problem is too difficult for her to help solve. Emails and telephone calls are answered and dealt with very promptly indeed, which is something that I really appreciated. Helen is very well respected in Moraira and the surrounding areas and has built up a network of trusted professionals that we were able to tap into. This was so helpful as we wouldn’t have known where to start without such recommendations.

It was the best move that we ever made (if you pardon the pun), making contact with Helen and Christian at C & C Properties. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending their services.
