I rented a home from Bianchi Realty a few months back and found through the neighbors the home was flooded and remodeled last year. The home had a strong smell of mildew coming from the ac vents!! The dryer and dishwasher did not work because they were damaged during the flood. My property manager Justin Farmer went above and beyond to get these problems resolved. He had a mold company come out to do an air quality test, they replaced the HVAC system, fixed the dryer and replaced the old dishwasher with a brand new one! I do not believe Bianchi Realty was aware the home was flooded. Thank you Justin Farmer for all your help making my rental home safe and stress free. This was all handled professionally and in a timely manner. Much appreciated!

Chad went above and beyond for my daughter and I to help us get into our Condo quickly. We were living in a moldy apartment complex and Bianchi literally saved our lives. Chad Pravlik did an OUTSTANDING job helping me find a house when I was in a time crunch.

He was always super responsive and always made himself available to look at properties (even when the Bucs were playing in the playoffs!). He really went out of his way to help me negotiate the price on a property when the seller was hard to work with.

Chad is very personable, professional and knowledgeable about the real estate market and I highly recommend him. There's no doubt in my mind that you will be as happy with his services as I was.

I chose Bianchi Realty & Property Management because they have almost 40 years of real estate experience, they were responsive and professional as soon as I inquired about a property and the fact that they also do property management, which I may need down the road.

I am the owner of the property that Rob Howard rented and left his negative review for. I cannot comment on his comments pertaining to the social interactions between him and the Bianchi Management, but I can speak out on other details in his review.

"This house was a complete dump when we moved in, nothing like was advertised via website."
- The pictures and description was completely accurate. The house was used for AirBnb just prior to renting and constantly got 5 stars. It had set for a month or so, prior to them moving in.. but they insisted on moving in prior to the move-in cleaning. So, there was some dirt and dust that otherwise wouldn't have been there. The move-in cleaning was done shortly afterwards.
There was a small stain on the carpet of the stairs. And I had left some stuff in the garage, that did not interfere with parking a vehicle there. Upon notification of the stain, it was taken care of at my expense. Upon notification that they wanted the stuff removed from the garage, it was, at my expense. Any other issues they wanted taken care of was immediately done so, at my expense.

- The house was in 5-star Airbnb condition when they moved in. When they moved out, it was far from such. They had stolen a $500 Queen mattress, broken a $200 bed frame, broken a dead lock, put a hole in the wall from a doorknob hitting it, left the hose out in the yard punctured with holes, left many stains on the floor, taken an indoor cafe table and placed it outside to be ruined by the weather, left a bunch of their trinkets and paperwork in the bedrooms, and refused to mow the lawn for the entire 6 months they were there, which caused St. Pete city citation notices.

This tenant also was late many months with their rent and didn't pay the last month's rent at all.
