Gary Livingston was amazing to work with. We currently live out of town and were trying to find a house in Wichita. Gary knows the city and was quickly able to dial in to the types of homes we might like. Where Gary absolutely shines is all of the help and service he gave to us while we were trying to get inspections and with the closing and even after the closing. There were so many things we could not be in Wichita to take care of and Gary took care of everything. I can't recommend him highly enough.
