Fernando knows the Westchester and West Miami area very well. He understands the market and he understands how the comp’s in the area are moving pricing.
He brought us 4 contracts, advised us every step of the way, worked well with our lawyer and in a matter of 60 days we went from signing our agreement with him to closing on the property we listed.
