I’ve been here multiple times as it’s close to my apartment and I’ve always had a good experience. I’ve never had to wait very long. The staff have always been very polite and helpful. I wanted to specifically mention the medical assistant who helped me at my last visit. I think her name was Mina or something like that. I went in for the third or fourth time in just a few weeks because I was dealing with an antibiotic resistant infection and it was really starting to worry me and take a toll on me emotionally. Mina had such a kind and caring spirit about her, which made her easy to share my concerns with. Her friendliness put me at ease when I was feeling really unwell so I just wanted to share my appreciation. Also, Dr.Brown always takes good care of me and is easy to talk to as well.

Took my wife there to look at her stitches on her Foot .. we waited for over 3 hours and still haven't been seen yet . No one in the urgent Care was helpful at all only thing they care about is copay or past dew bills . I would have been better off to go to the hospital ER instead
Of waisting my time there. 4 other people came in after us and two of them had appointments went right by back .. the other two people went to another Urgent Care . People in the urgent care rude un helpful at all I'll go to hospital next time for sure 100% . To everyone reading this STAY AWAY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE YOU WILL BE SEEN SOONER AT ER THEN THERE..!!!! I give them a F---- on a scale 1-10 .. a 1 and if stars 1/2 of a star .

I was in severe back pain. They got me in quick. No wait time.
Dr Brown was very understanding and caring. All staff member were very pleasant.
I would definitely use this facility again if my PC Dr can't fit me in.

Waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment time to never even be seen. I had to leave for other appointments. The provider cannot see more than 1 patient every 30-45 minutes apparently. Do not recommend if you want to make your appointment time!

The PA was very kind and helpful. 5 stars to her.
The staff at the front desk seemed annoyed that people kept coming in. They kept complaining of being understaffed which was very unprofessional. When I called back to get a note for my son’s school they had the same attitude and were not helpful.

Care at this facility was exceptional! I have been sick for weeks and this was my third time to an urgent care but my first time with Integris. The whole staff was understanding and I felt like my attending PA really took time with me and explained all my options. I am finally on my way to feeling better. I highly recommend and am going to choose an Integris doctor for my primary care.

RUN, RUN, RUN. For your sake or your loveone. I took my 7 years old son there with vomiting symptom and RN diagnos Apendix and ask me to take him for surgery. I was smart enough not to fall for that and took him to edmond urgent care. They said this is stomach virus and gave him a shot, 2 hours later he was totally fine. Need to add that even she diagnos Apendix still took a Covid test to charge me $246 good luck on that. DON'T GO THERE

i don’t even know what to say. how do you completely misdiagnose someone and give them a serious diagnosis and scare them and not hear them out when it’s quite obviously not. felt completely unheard and not taken care of.
