Always a pleasure to stay here! Easy reservations, large sites, nice amenities, and the Park is kept immaculate. This is our 3rd visit and will surely be back! Stayed 3 nights in our 44 ft Dutchstar.

Loved living here !! Safe and friendly place to walk, ride your bike, cruise in golf cart. Well maintained landscape. People are super nice - from front office people to park residents . Highly recommend this park !!

My grandparents just became residents, so we came down for the official tour. Wow, wow, wow. The facilities are spotless, the grounds are so well groomed. Everyone is so friendly. The RV spots are easy to navigate, literally right off 27 for easy access

We stayed here for 1 month. Very clean, well organized park. The only problem we had was of our own making - this is a park where everyone is up, doing something (tennis, shuffleboard, horseshoes, or whatever) by 8am. We prefer quiet mornings and then visits under our, or someone else's, awning for happy hour or evening coffee. At this park they roll up the sidewalk very early.

Well kept RV park. Mostly seasonal but they have a nice area for transients. We stayed for the weekend in the transient area. Large sites and can accommodate big rigs.I give it 4 stars due to these reasons. Sites have full sun no trees. Not a lot of privacy. The only other negative is no picnic tables or fire rings. They only allow propane fireplaces, no wood fires. It defeats the whole point of camping. Other than that it is a nice campground and well maintained.

We stayed here in a Motorhome for a month.||Positives: spotlessly clean park, very well kept, nice size lots-friendly people. Full hookups.||Negatives: Definitely not an overnight park for travellers. There are more perms in here than transients. Not an economical park unless you are staying for 4-6 months. We paid approx 850.00 for a months stay. No Wifi as advertised. You have to sign up with an outside company (circle wifi) and pay so much per day/week or month. Wifi signal is terrible there are days you cannot log on at all. Every resident has the same problem but your complaints seem to fall on deaf ears. You call the internet company and they just run circles around you so you give up so as not to waste your minutes on your cell phone. We were parked near the maintenance area (fully fenced) but the noise from the sewage pump seems to be constant. You do not have privacy as everyone parks at your driveway to unload their garbage into the dumpsters. The pool area is lovely, but they close the pool at 4:30 every day. The clubhouse is very nice but only sporadically planned activities and seems to be empty a lot. There are some daytime activities crafts, cards etc. There is nothing going on on the weekends. The park seems to be run more by the perm residents than the owners. The office is not open on the weekends or after 4pm daily. Very handy to shopping and town and lots of great places to eat. In January we attended 1 pot luck dinner and 1 spaghetti dinner, and one Thursday they had a dance from 7pm-10pm. Some days they do not even open the pool unless it is a certain temperature (weather) even tho a lot of us found the day warm and would have liked a swim.

We just overnighter with our 44ft Dutchstar. A pleasant surprise! Beautifully maintained, friendly staff and nice facilities. This will definately be on our preferred list when visiting the Sebring/Avon Park area.

We spent five nights here in early April. The RV Resort is immaculate -it has level cement pads - the streets are paved and are well lit. The heated pool is beautiful! The only large downside to this spot is that it has no wifi. This is a huge negative for anyone who wants to stay for any length of time.
