I went to the urgent care in Edmond, early in the afternoon for some flu like symptoms. Parking is very easy and accessible. The waiting room was clean and dimly lit, which was easy on my headache. Sign-in process was as easy as scanning a QR code and filling out info. I waited no more than 5 minutes before being called in. My PA was very kind and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and filled my scrips. I was in and out in less that 30 minutes… will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family!

Very good customer service @ reception. She was very friendly & efficient & helpful. My son saw Dr. within 15 minutes. Script sent in right away.
From start to finish was less than 30 minutes. Highly recomnend for a walk in clinic!

This place is always the best. Quick and easy. The staff is nice, laid back, informative and always helpful and understanding. I take my kids here for sports physicals, injuries and illnesses.

Saturday 9/28 pre booked our appointment for 9am. Walked in at 8:55 (the door was unlocked) there was an elderly receptionist who walked up and her words were, “umm uh oh, what are you doing here? We don’t open until 9”. She had me scan the QR code and check in as she said she couldn’t check me in until 9:00 on the dot. We thought it was very unprofessional for her to talk to us that way just for being five minutes early. Wasn’t very nice when asking for my ID either. I had a sick teenager and this is usually our clinic or choice but this experience as far as professionalism and the wait time was really dissapointing.

The receptionist is absolutely worthless. She claimed my insurance was termed but wouldn't verify it beyond whatever system she used. I tried multiple times to prove I was active, but she refused, stating I had to provide email or fax. She wouldn't even speak to the insurance herself. My family had gone there for around 10 years, and we used to recommend them to friends. Never again. All because she couldn't be bothered to help a patient verify ACTIVE insurance.

The process of making an appt and getting in to see the dr was easy and very quick. the staff in the office along with the Dr on shift were extremely helpful, understanding and caring. i highly suggest this office. ?
