During a long journey that took over 2 years to buy my dream apartment, I have had a chance to meet not only Agata herself but a few agents from her office as well. We contacted Agata's office early on during the COVID-19 pandemic as we were interested to buy a property, and were in touch with Robin who answered all our questions. Due to the pandemic, it wasn't until much later in the year (2020) that we were finally able to visit the island and view, and pleased to say we have now completed the transaction. Robin and Agata were extremely helpful throughout the process, and we never felt any pressure. Agata explained the buying process very clearly. Overall a great buying experience, and I would highly recommend Agata's Real Estate to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area.

The experience selling our house in Tenerife through Agatas real estate agency in Puerto de la Cruz was very positive in all respects.
A very good service was offered and all aspects of the promotion, advertising ,viewings and finally the sale, were all handled professionally and successfully. They had the property quickly on the market and prospective clients were brought to view within a matter of days.
The multi-lingual and very competent sales team, Bertie and Jane were positive and enthusiastic. They were available at all times and were prepared to go that one step further. We were always advised in time if clients were coming to view.
Being knowledgeable about the area and also about selling in Tenerife with all its possible difficulties and pitfalls, Agata and her team handled everything efficiently. They were positive and enthusiastic but also made sure our buyers were well informed and happy. Bertie spent a lot of time with the purchasers and was honest and clear with them about everything, not just high pressure sales talk! Everything was carried through smoothly from beginning to end with no loose ends for us or the new owners to clear up. A mention must be given to Simon Sananes for his sound financial advice during the sale. Thank you also to Irina who brought clients to view.
