I went into the office and was seen by Nurse practitioner, first name starts with an L and last name starts with a B (as I’m not allowed to give a full name). She was very rude and condescending. She did nothing for me (no tests) and said if I feel worse to come back. That was her expert advice. She didn’t make eye contact when talking to me and was very nasty!! The lady who took me in who had arm tatts was SO nice and sweet and smiled. The nurse practitioner had zero personality and was very nasty! This is my 7th or 8th time or so visiting this clinic-I have never had this experience before. It was the 1st time I have seen her.

I went to the office explaining to the practitioner that I was in severe pain with my throat. He even said it was red and inflamed. I also was coughing but according to him I had no other symptoms to warrant medication (no fever, no strep) . He told me to continue gargling with salt water (which I was already doing for 3 days) and continue motrin every 4 hours. I mentioned again the pain and he said that they get "dinged" if they prescribe something without the symptoms but if I was still feeling bad in 24 hours he'll call something in. Thanks to this nurse practitioner I ended up in the hospital with a severely infected and inflamed throat that caused my airways to close essentially rendering me unable to breathe (epiglottis). I will NEVER visit another minute clinic again.

Terrible!!! No one there! No patients no doctors! Tried signed in on kiosk to learn no appointments available! Makes no sense!

Went in for some vaccinations for a trip overseas. Had a wait a little, but once I was in the service was pretty fast.
