Nancy the receptionist has becoming increasingly abrupt
and rude. She talks down to me as a patient, she insulted
me today and her behavior is not only a bad image of this
practice, I am unsure what warrants Nancy at this office
to behave and speak to patients so rude and
disrespectfully. First things first: When more than one
patient comes to you in a short period of time with the same
complaint about a member of your staff, you need to sit up
and listen. The fact that these people shared their
observations with you is indicative of a change in behavior
that needs your attention. I suspect since I have been
coming to this office for YEARS this practice has
established a rhythm that keeps their practice running
smoothly, which is great. The downside to this is that they
may have developed a blind side to Nancys rude and
disrespectful behavior to patients. How is this even
allowed? While a receptionist's well-being is a priority. So
are the operating standards of your practice.

Both Dr.s are fantastic, caring, very kind and pay amazing attention to your concerns and issues. I see Dr. del Alcazar (Dr del) as my main general practitioner. He’s absolutely the best Dr. I’ve seen.He wants to help and you can really talk to him and feel he cares about helping you.
He’s just a great person and he’s very attentive.

I think the office staff is a bit overwhelmed and can sometimes be not as pumped to see you. Sometimes some of they can be gruff and not so friendly. I can see how that could turn people off.
If they can work that out it, where they work on a friendly greeting for patients and transparency in wait time it would help a lot.
But when you get to chat with them they are nice. It’s a very busy office but in the 7 years I’ve been there I’ve only had a long(45 min) wait 2 x.
The Doctors are excellent so it’s worth it.
