The other night we had an electrical issue. More severe than we even thought. Without hesitation Andy came over and meticulously went outlet by outlet till he discovered where the problem truly occurred from. This was a Sunday night and he immediately went and grabbed his bag came back and addressed the issue. Fixed the problem. Insured our safety requirements and needs were met. He also cleaned up after himself. He was informative and as usual always kind. He is a true asset to this property. Knowledgeable of all the appliances old and newly updated. He is always saying hello and addressing us by our names. That kind of customer service is an old school value you don’t get often. And he delivers that every time. And has a lovely family here on site. He takes pride in his work and it shows. WT is lucky to have him.

I have lived on Woodhaven Terrace for a few years now and couldnt be happier. Anytime I have put in a work order or called maintenance. Andy has been right there to fix whatever the issue is. He also keeps us informed of what is going on if it is going to take longer than originally expected. Always see him making sure the dumpster areas are cleaned up. (Even on the weekends) its nice to see that the super takes pride in the appearance of where he works, even on his time off.
Ed is doing great as the manager. Making sure things are prioritized and handled in a timely manner. I definitely recommend Woodhaven Terrace as a great community to live in.

I just resigned my 2 year lease for my 2 bedroom and I couldn’t be happier. I have called maintenance a few times for minor issues and Andy was at my place same day or next day. I’ve never had any major problems in my apartment the heat and air conditioning run perfectly throughout the seasons. It’s quiet and my son and I am very happy. The only thing I wish they did was replace the rugs.. I’m just hoping if I’m there a few more years that they replace the rugs. Beautiful neutral color and clean just a little worn However the kitchen and bathrooms are all updated and beautiful . The only complaint I have is before I moved in I was told I could have guests at the pool ( deff one reason I picked this place) however when I moved in 4/22 I was told no guests at the pool ,I thought that was because of Covid or the way it is. I’m hoping this year we could have guests. It’s nice for my son or me to bring one guest to the pool. I hope we can this year. Other than that..well quiet and nicely maintained

I have recently moved into my three bedroom apartment on September 1st, and it is beautiful and worth the wait. Jeanne in the office was so amazing and helpful to me. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was able to move in and she is extremely nice and accommodating. I could not ask for a better place to live or better people to have gone through this process with me. Thank You Jeanne and your team for making this happen.

These apartments are beautiful, spacious and have lots of natural light. The superintendents here are the best! They are quick to respond to any property issues and ensure that they are repaired/replaced in a timely manner. The landscaping throughout the entire development was just redone over this past year and it's beautiful. Love the pool/clubhouse, can't wait for summer!

This is the best complex we've ever lived in! Ed and Andy are quick to respond to any maintenance issues and we never have a problem with their work. Im seeing alot of negative reviews and i cant believe many of them. Ive been here for 4 yrs now and have NEVER had any issues! It seems to me that since there are 3 other Woodhaven Terr in the general area some of these reviews might not be about this particular Woodhaven Terr. Especially the one where they claim to pay $2,200. None of the units at this property go for less then $2,600. The pool was open all last year and the basketball hoops up longer. Never had any issues with help from the main office or maintenance and I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone. I would contact the reviewers and find out which of the 4 Woodhaven Terrace apartments they live in...

Maintenance is terrible. They patch and don’t fix anything properly. A/C unit didn’t work and was super old. They wouldn’t replace it or do anything about it. Heating system was super loud and also didn’t work properly. Toilets overflowed and kept running non-stop. Roof leaked and mold was visible. They didn’t care to fix it for months! Stay away! This place is a health hazard!!!

I wish I could leave zero stars. I have lived at this complex for seven years now. The maintenance people are extremely unhelpful. When you place a ticket to get an issue resolved in the house they do not reply back. Their office hours are limited so it is difficult to go to the office and speak with someone in person. The lady at the maintenance office is rude and unhelpful even when you do go down to the office in person. There are too many negatives that outweigh the positives of this community. My advice, pay extra and go to another community to rent, one that is not owned by Middlesex Management. Just look at the complaints lodged against Middlesex Management in the Better Business Bureau. There is a reason this business is not BBB accredited.
