以禮待人。在此基礎上，這裡的職員都是100分的。有的人急，也有的缺了幾個文件氣急敗壞，但代辦處的職員們總是很細心地引導客人完成流程。

1. 效率很差 。
2. 設備簡陋不便民 ；如果有人缺資料，還必須得到另外一棟樓去影印，再回來交件，來回非常的耗費時間及不便 。
3. 等候的鐵椅，看來是很久沒有做保修，一直不斷地吱吱作響 。

希望台灣政府單位看到後能有所改善 。

The wait time is not so long and is hassle free. However the staff is not the friendliest, they are very stern and may be felt as rude even. However if everything is good visa arrives on the said date and time.

Important: payment is by cash only!

Overall service is excellent. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. Came around 945 for visa services and there was only 1-2 people in front of me in the queue. Document check took super fast as long as you have all the necessary documents.

I didn’t know about the cash payment only. But, there are ATMs of different banks downstairs in ARC so it’s too much of a hassle. The person kindly told me to go withdraw cash and come back.

Probably the friendliest consulate in SG. The staff was polite and helpful. I forgot to bring cash as payment is cash only but they let me submit my application first instead of missing my queue number and ask me withdraw cash downstairs later. The receptionist guided me clearly as to where the ATMs were located. Went around 9.15 am and had to wait for only 10 mins. There is no prior appointment, just walk in.

Bad attitude, bad service, not helpful at all. There is no indication on the website that the visa application the high influx of requests and takes longer than the stipulated time as indicated on the website which is 5-10 working days. The staff that is attending the Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China matters are absolutely horrible.
