The Hokkaido scallops black truffles under the special edition was very delicious and well cooked. The fish skin was very crispy and the fish melts into your mouth. However, the lobster paella was abit salty for our liking but overall a fantastic meal.

John, the service person was very friendly and welcoming.

Disclaimer. This place is not cheap. It is located at Dempsey Singapore, so I guess such pricing is expected.

We went on a Thurs evening for dinner. The service is excellent. The staff were able to accommodate our request to move our table to a quieter corner and were attentive without being intrusive.

This place is located in Dempsey and is well designed so.. 5 stars.

Food wise, we ordered garlic shrimp, grilled octopus and Valencia paella. All are of high quality. The garlic prawns are a must try. My wife and I visited Spain 3 months ago and we agreed that those we ate here is better than any we had in Barcelona or Madrid.

Conclusion, budget permitting, this is a great place for good Spanish food.

The food served is really good and I enjoyed all the appetizers we ordered. Octopus was well cooked, garlic prawn with mashed potatoes underneath was heavenly, anchovy toast is super savory, churros was really good and crunchy. The only downside is they overcooked the paella and it was burnt, we requested for a change as it shouldn’t be burnt and have a little bit of moist on the rice, in the end they changed for us and it was much better. Overall I would come back again for the food but probably not the paella.

We had an amazing dining experience at TINTO! The food was absolutely delicious, but what truly made the evening special was the outstanding service from Calvin. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable time. Calvin even helped us capture some wonderful photos, adding a personal touch that made our dinner unforgettable.

Had a meal at Tinto at Dempsey. Food overall was great. Decor was nice. Ordered seafood paella , broken omelette , grilled fish with crispy skin and grilled octopus. Grilled octopus was nice.Our fave dish was the fish with crispy skin. For broken omelette,some mushrooms very over cooked which led to bitterness in taste. However all in all worth a try if you are in the area.

We had a fantastic first experience with Spanish food on Sunday, 3rd November. We'd like to commend Ms. M.Y. for her outstanding service.

Her menu guidance was invaluable, and each recommended dish delighted us. The portions were just right.

We'll definitely return and hope to be served by Ms. M.Y. again.
