My dad has been here since 2022. We have been through a couple administrations here. I can tell you that the administration now has improved this place 110%!!! Amanda and her team have transformed Northland Heights into a really great place. Everyone is better cared for now and the atmosphere is lively. It’s hard to move someone you love when they have dementia. We are so grateful for the new administration team and all of the great caregivers at Northland Heights. Thank you!

Northland heights has been so good for my grandmother. Everyone is so friendly and caring. It's a relief to know that she has 24 hour care. And there are a variety of activities, so there's something for everyone. No time for boredom and being lonely. Grandma has made so many new friends! I can't say enough good things about The Heights! The building is so open and bright. Not your typical old folks home.
The staff is marvelous! Everyone is so sweet to my mom.
There are options for meals and they are delicious. Mom even put on a couple of needed pounds.
It has been a relief to know that she has round the clock care. I don't have to worry about her taking her medications, because she is taken care of so well.
Thank you, Northland Heights for giving us peace of mind and taking care of Mom!

Very happy to be part of the Northland Heights community. Staff are friendly, positive and proactive. There is a great ratio of care support staff per resident, so requests for help are answered in short order. The fact that there are nurses stations on every floor adds to our peace of mind. Knowing that support services can increase based on our Mom's needs is another point of comfort. It will be easier for her to stay in one place now, continue to receive great care and support, and enjoy the friendships she is making without having to worry about the confusion or feelings of loss associated with moving. We are grateful to everyone that has made her feel so welcome and comfortable!

I worked at Northland for over a year and things have improved so much since I started. The new management team ensures that all residents are happy and well cared for. All of the residents are very friendly and welcoming! It was a privilege to work at Northland Heights!

My father was a resident at Northland Heights for two years. He was treated with love and respect from the staff. Kylee, the Activites Director, made my dad feel included even though he could not see due to macular degeneration. She went above and beyond with her care for him. I am eternally grateful for all the wonderful care he received from both staff and residents. Thank you everyone.

I relocated to Northland Heights and it was worth the move. The staff here are eager to make my stay a pleasant experience. What's nice is they have transportation for visits to the doctors and occasionally we go to the dollar store.
Activities put on a wonderful program for the Veterans here on Veterans Day.
I like it here.

Northland Heights has some of the most caring personnel. They quickly learn the names and interests of each resident and provide quality care. They also try to provide that interest as many as possible.
