*This is not a competitor trying to ruin your google review as you replied below, this is me the actual customer, whom instead of reaching out to and tried to resolve the issue like any honest and professional company would do, you simply resorted to childish false claims saying this is not a real review, I guess you simply just don't care. Alright then, not a very sustainable business model I see here, first a cleaning company that doesn't know how to clean, then an immature behavior in replying to negative feedback, which any company would welcome to improve their service and gain more business*

Avoid this 'cleaning' service at all cost, if you value your time and money, and do a better research in finding a better service, please don't repeat my mistake. As you can read by their very unprofessional response to my review, this company only cares about their reputation as long as they didn't take your money, after that who knows. There is another word to describe such behavior and it is not a professional service company. What a disappointment!

I was not pleased with the service I got from Maids in Red at all. I opted for a "Move In" cleaning service for a new property I purchased, the house was fully empty nothing to get in the way. Yet the kitchen was not properly cleaned, cupboards were still dirty, especially the one under the sink. The oven was not properly cleaned as well, despite asking for it to be cleaned again, and I saw them scrubbing just didn't clean. After they left I turned on self cleaning feature and it already looked better than they ever tried to do, had I have any oven cleaner I would've done that myself. Dust is everywhere on the fridge, window treatments and blinds all over the house. Cupboards and closets in general were not dusted or cleaned at all.
I can't claim that all were bad, some of the visible areas were cleaned properly, just for the price of the service you would expect you would get more.

Maids in red is GREAT! I have a rental property that was in horrible shape. I looked online and found maids in red and booked them to clean it. They were on time and cleaned the heck out if the place. That was my first time hiring a cleaning service. I love them so much I signed my mom up to get her house cleaned on a weekly basis. My mom loves them aswell! Thanks maids in red!

Maids In Red is a great cleaning company, They are very professional. I took a look inside one of the cleaners buckets just to see what products they use and its all high end green products. My last cleaners used stuff from the dollar tree and that didnt sit well with me. I highly recommend maids in red.

Maids in red is the talk of pittsburgh if your looking for a cleaning company. They come to my house once per week and do a standard clean. They are always on time and do a wonderful time cleaning. If you need a little extra attention to a certain part of your home just let the cleaners know when they show up and theyll take care of it . Great company.

I wasn't planning to write a review for them, despite the cleaning job they did being incredibly disappointing, and them giving us only $120 worth of service (2 cleaners for 1 hour) rather than the $180 (2 cleaners for 1.5 hours) we paid for. However, they double charged me and aren't responding to my calls or emails (I gave them about a week since it was the holidays). They claimed their credit card processor was down, so their employee had me Paypal her directly, and said they would not charge the credit card I gave when booking the service. However, both charges went through, and they're suddenly impossible to contact. Fishy AF.

After scheduling and confirming my appointment, I was called the day the cleaning was scheduled to be done and told they were short staffed. I told her that I didn’t mind a delay but needed the services done that day as promised. She said she would check with her boss and call me back, I never received a callback. Then received an email stating they had placed a hold on my card that will be released in fives days! Unacceptable , not loyal to the customer, inconvenient, waisted my time.
