Michelle is terrible. She had the management of a house I was renting, and twice the water was shut off even though I paid her in full for 5 months rent. She had the money, and I guess just decided to not pay the water. She never replied to texts, and left pest control, a contractual obligation to the landlord of the lease agreement, up to us. Absolute trash.

Called to schedule an appointment and she asked me to call back closer to the date to set up an appointment. Called twice and left messages after that. Never called back. Went with a different realty company.
