I have had the worst experience working with these people and we do not even live on their property. They tried to rent us a home with black mold on the counters, doors with big holes in them that wouldn't shut. Roach infestation and windows and fixtures that they did not want to fix. We put down a deposit and changed our mind about staying there (placed a stop payment on the check) and now Amanda the receptionist is threatening to take us to court (even though we never signed a lease agreement) unless we pay her the $500 deposit for a place that we cannot live in. Please, please I beg you not to stay in one of these properties. Amanda is also the rudest person I have ever met. I will be reporting her and her company to the BBB and any other agency that can put them out of business for making people live in housing conditions like that!

We live in one of there houses and the roof in the back part of the house in the bathroom leaks so bad when it come a down pore of rains you midaswell stand out side out and take a piss They said we had to put a roof on the cause we are renting as is now the water tank leak so bad its leaking into the carpet. In the bathroom the hole is as big as a bowl with black mold I have astma copd broncides and the mold is not helping oe bit

Amanda the receptionist is very rude and not helpful. She acts like customers are a bother. She also tends to act as the customer is stupid or uneducated. Maybe she was just having a bad day.

She is very rude they don’t want to rent to you my finice is on disability and I have a job and we make more then enough but said it’s because I had no job and that we have to move from my moms cause she’s getting a new home built so they are having to tear there’s down but I would not let my animals live in one of there homes
